STRATUS You are a direct reflection of whom you hire. The cleaning family left my business key in my door and left my business unlocked all night. And most of the following day. A lot of other businesses door keys were on that key ring as well. When I arrived on Sunday by chance to do some work, I noticed my office key dangling in the door and the door was unlocked. No regard for ones property. I can not trust your company because of who you hire. This is something that I can not accept. I told the cleaning lady Leslie she is not allowed on my property anymore. I have had other problems with this cleaning company as well. They hire a person and that person has their family members and kids and friends come in my business to clean. I see them sitting down on my chairs... i see them plugging their personal cell phones into our 0hone chargers we have plugged into our computers .... I'm assuming you are not doing background checks on all these people I have seen coming in my shop to clean. There are just too many issues with this company that I can't write it all down and put it in this review. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE. MY SHOP COULD HAVE BEEN ROBBED. DOOR UNLOCKED. KEY IN THE DOOR. UNACCEPTABLE.

UPDATE: after speaking to the manager he got a new team to start cleaning our shop. They have asked my employees to ask me to remove this review but I feel this review needs to stay.
The new cleaning crew seem to be doing good.

Sorry, but since your "opt out" button doesn't work on your email blasts and I've asked you to remove me from your list 3 times, maybe this will get it done. I'd never do business with someone that 1. Has an opt out that doesn't work and has been told so. 2. Doesn't remove people that nicely request to be removed. It means you don't care. And if you don't care, it usually means you don't run a good business. I run one and I do care, but you have lost the ability to even be a contender for me to do business with.
