I’ve seen and heard nothing but good things about them, wish I could afford them……

This review is not related to the cabinets themselves. I feel the cabinets are beautiful and I was very much looking forward to having them in my new house.

This review is related to the employee from Bentwood who offered to help me select the cabinets, scope the work and estimate the cost. I visited the Lovers Lane location on January 10th and met with Bill Algier. The following day I provided Bill my blueprints, a description of the cabinets needed, sample pictures of what the finished product would like and a location in Dallas where Bentwood has deployed the cabinets.

Bill acknowledged receiving the documents and instructions the following week. He then started a series of delays, via, email, phone and text. He finally agreed to meet me the week of Feb 10th. When I arrived at the store, he shared his efforts for my project. In the end he estimated the wrong cabinets, did not have samples or drawings, it was clear he put fourth very little effort. When asked about the sample he said he did not have time to check on the job where they had installed the type of cabinets we wanted.

This was one of the most unprofessional and unprepared salespeople l have ever worked with. This experience was poor for any business but ever more egregious for a high end business like Bentwood. This guy should not be customer facing. I rarely take time to document my experiences but this was so bad I had to let the community know.

Bentwood designed my beautiful kitchen with all the features I wanted. Designer Adolfo Viteri was easy to work with plus he worked well with my own interior designer who was helping me with a full remodel of a house we just bought. The construction of the cabinets is outstanding. And best of all it is completely custom to your individual taste. I love my new kitchen...thanks Adolfo.

We needed cabinets with 4 appliances. Went with another company for the cabinets, but bought the appliances from Bentwood. It was a big mistake not using Bentwood for the cabinets. The installation of the appliances by Bentwood was great. They went above and beyond expected level of service.

Terrible store with no prices on anything. Walked around and no employees said anything to me so I ended up walking out without making a purchase. Didn't notice anything too fantastic that isn't in every other store. Was hoping this would be decent since it's right by my house.

Westside Bath is fantastic!! They have a great selection and the staff is so helpful. Ruben was incredible to work with and made sure I got everything exactly right for my home remodel.

Best place to buy hardware and plumbing in DFW. Alan Fishman and his staff are helpful and deliver a high level of knowledge while providing white glove service. The products are high end and there is no reason to shop anywhere else.

I'm in the midst of a major kitchen and bath reno project at my house. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and the sales person I dealt with helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this boutique outfit!

Westside provided all of the fixtures (sinks, tubs, faucets, door handles, etc) for my new home. The house was completed in October 2016. With one exception, I was completely satisfied with everything they provided.

I have an outdoor “garden sink”. It was supposed to be 24” by 48”. The sink was finally delivered 11 January 2017. Unfortunately the sink is the wrong size (30” x 48”), which was already installed by the time I got home. I immediately contacted Alan Fishman at Westside, who handled my project, to alert him of the problem. I have an e-mail to Alan giving him the spec of the sink 25 January 2016. That information was sent multiple times over the following year, because I have limited space where the sink is located, so the depth is critical. I have contacted Alan regarding this issue more times than I can count since January 2017. He’s assured me multiple times it will be corrected, but nothing has been forthcoming.

Extremely disappointing.
