Locksmith reviews in Dallas, Texas

Philip and his team are absolutely rock stars. They came through in a pinch on more than one occasion.

What a great business this is. Fair prices. Amazing service. Cheerful folks. I had a key that I had ordered online that I needed help to program. Itzel determined the problem I had had trying to program it myself was likely a bad chip. She tried the 12 minute procedure TWO TIMES to make sure. JIK Auto Keys will be my locksmith from here on out. HIGHLY recommended.

Jose was great. Very honest and friendly. He provides top notch service, is extremely knowledgeable and can get you the right solution. I will definitely use JIK in the future.

Fantastic service. Got my specialty key fob copied and working. Highly recommended

Young woman working when I went in (Jan 7th) was AMAZING. Super helpful, and kind, great service and they do it all.

I’m not going to leave low stars because the work was done correctly and out of respect to the girl who helped me she was truly kind and helpful

But the brother on the other hand, has no manners whatsoever and it’s definitely not how you treat a customer with short rude and sarcastic responses , this is your fathers business have some respect for him

This family-owned business deserves a 5/5 as they were friendly, polite and quick. I had previously tried to get a spare key (fob and key) for my car and the vendor at Costco (Car Keys Express) had been unable to. Price was pretty similar from what I recall!

PS. Also checked with the dealership which was over double the price!!

Great service and super reliable. They fixed three keys for me in just a few minutes. I recently bought a new car that only came with one key, and within 15 minutes they had me good to go. They also replaced the batteries in my old keys. Definitely recommend this place.
