I called Jake the Plumbing Pro in Dallas because I thought I had a simple leaky drain. Luis arrived just 15 minutes after my call and quickly found out it was actually a broken pipe. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood it wasn’t a huge problem, and let me know he’d be back as soon as possible since it couldn’t be fixed right away. True to his word, he came back early the next morning. Luis was professional, friendly, and finished the repair fast and neatly. The price was even lower than I expected. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

jake the plumbing pro really helped us out with our plumbing problems. our water bill was way too high, and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. we had a few other plumbers check it out, but none of them could find the leak. then we called luis, and he showed up the same day. he quickly spotted the problem and fixed the leak right away. he also shared some useful tips on how to save water around the house. thanks to his work, our water bill has gone down a lot, and we’re saving money every month. i highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs!

I’ve been using Jake the Plumbing Pro for all my plumbing needs for years, and I couldn’t be happier. Luis has helped me out whenever I had a plumbing issue at my multi-unit property. Over time, he’s replaced two water heaters, fixed several toilets, repaired leaking pipes, swapped out garbage disposals, and even installed a furnace. The quality of work is always excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the professionalism and reliability are outstanding. Whenever I reach out for help, Luis responds quickly, which is such a relief during a plumbing emergency.
