We searched for a plumber nearby when our sewer backed up into the garage after a heavy rain one evening. Tyrone showed up at our house within 45 minutes of our call. We were really impressed with how carefully he worked to unclog the drain and made sure there wouldn't be any more problems. He even had me flush the toilets a few times to confirm everything was clear. We're very thankful for the great service and feel the price was fair. We'll definitely call Tyrone again if we need a plumber in the future.

shawn and tyrone from krause brothers plumbing llc did a fantastic job fixing my leaking kitchen sink pipe at my place in dallas. they showed up right on time and were super polite the whole time. the pipe repair was done pretty quickly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up after. while they were working, i mentioned a problem with my faucet's water pressure and spray. even though i hadn't told them about it earlier, they offered to help and even went out to pick up a new faucet for me. they installed it right there and made sure everything was running smoothly. the extra work did cost more, but i thought the price was fair compared to other plumbers i've used before. i’ll be recommending these guys to anyone in dallas who needs plumbing help, and i’ll definitely call them again if i have more issues.

A friendly plumber named Max came out to fix our water heater, but he did much more than just the basic job. Max took the time to explain that it would be safer for our family, especially with young kids, to consider replacing the whole system. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he cared about our safety, instead of just doing the minimum. Max was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the whole visit. He’s a top-notch plumber and a great representative for the company. We were very impressed with his service.
