Pete the Plumbing Pro

Pete the Plumbing Pro came to our rescue in Dallas after a pipe burst overnight. We tried reaching several emergency plumbers outside normal hours, but had no luck. After our family recommended their great service and plumbing skills, we got in touch and were so thankful they managed to fit us into their busy schedule. Nathaniel was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making everything easy to understand as he worked on the repairs. I never felt like my many questions were a bother, and he was quick to call me back with more answers, even after finishing up. After all the mess and stress, I was so relieved and grateful for such a positive experience!

Barry and Nathaniel were excellent to work with on our backyard drainage line excavation and replacement project. Barry took the time to carefully plan and figure out the best way to lay the pipe for proper drainage. This step was really important for getting the results we wanted. He listened to my concerns and preferences and included them in his approach. I was both impressed and pleased with their work. Many plumbers just rush into the job and do things their own way without thinking about what the homeowner wants, but that was definitely not the case with Barry and Nathaniel.
