Remodeler reviews in Dallas, Texas

I've actually just had Shaun and his team completely renovate my kitchen, and overall, I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. The new design is much more functional, and the new cabinets look fantastic. Shaun was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process with his daily logs. The only problem was that it took a little longer than expected, due to some issues with the cabinet makers, but once all the materials were delivered, they got it all finished up quite quickly and nicely. Would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone who needs some good quality work done without all the hassle.
Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Genco Construction! We hired them for what we thought would be a stressful major project—raising our roof and converting a crawl space into a bedroom and bathroom. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely exceptional.

Genco handled everything: the permit process, HOA approvals, all the details that typically give homeowners headaches. Despite the scope of the work, there was zero disruption to our daily life. The design support was outstanding—I had plenty of options to make the space truly my own while benefiting from their professional guidance to ensure everything looked cohesive and beautiful.

The project came in on time and on budget (which feels almost unheard of!), and all resources were true-certified. When the work was complete, I received a comprehensive binder documenting everything—all materials used, detailed notes on the work performed, and even specific care and cleaning instructions for the new room.

But what really sets Genco apart is our contractor, Shaun. I've never experienced this level of responsiveness—every call and text was answered immediately. He's incredibly professional with deep expertise that made this complex project feel easy for us as homeowners. Beyond that, he's genuinely friendly and warm. My kids knew him by name and would run to greet him with hugs!

We were so impressed that we hired Genco again for a master bathroom and closet remodel. True to form: on time, on budget, completed in just two weeks flat. The finishes and quality exceed my expectations—it's now hands-down the nicest room in our house.

Genco Construction has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Genco Construction did an excellent job on our addition and covered patio. The entire project came together beautifully, and we are especially happy with the covered/screened deck. It has become one of our favorite parts of the house.

As architects, we appreciate thoughtful design and quality execution, and Shaun delivered on both. He was professional, easy to work with, and attentive to the details that matter.

The new space works wonderfully for our family and has added so much to our home. We highly recommend Shaun and Genco Construction.

Genco Construction rescued my condo remodel after my first contractor messed things up. Genco not only completed the project but also discovered a serious shower waterproofing issue that would have caused a major leak and corrected multiple finish defects — taking the project over the finish line. Great communication, high-quality work, and a team that actually cares about doing it right. Highly recommend.

We just finished a second-story addition on our house with Shaun, and I have to say it was one of the smoothest big projects we've ever done. From the very first meeting, Shaun listened to what we wanted, gave us realistic options, and actually delivered on everything he promised. We were a little gun-shy at first because our previous contractor talked a big game but completely bailed when the permitting got complicated. Shaun stepped in, got solid plans drawn up, and had our permit approved in just about 6 weeks—huge relief. His crew was professional, respectful of our family, and the whole process from design to final walkthrough felt straightforward. We're thrilled with the extra space and how it all turned out. Highly recommend.

Genco Construction did an addition and remodeled my entire house when I purchased it, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Great group of people—professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with.

One thing I really appreciated was their client portal. It kept everything organized in one place (scope, selections, updates, invoices/payments, and communication), so I always knew what was happening and what was coming next. That level of transparency made a big remodel feel way more manageable.

Highly recommend Genco Construction to anyone considering a kitchen or whole-home remodel.

Gaston is truly a delight to work with. He has an amazing can do attitude. He has done plumbing, electrical carpentry work and so much more for me. I highly recommend Centurion Contractors.

I highly recommend Centurion Contractors! They recently helped me fix a light fixture, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and got the job done quickly without any hassle. It’s great to find a reliable team you can count on for home repairs—I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Our experience with centurion contractors was exceptional we had a quote installing new wood floors. They were able to stay in budget and on time and very accommodating to any extras we needed. Will definitely use them again for further projects!

Gaston is a a true gentleman. He and his crew did an amazing job creating our driveway. I had also hired him to do painting and remodeling for my employer. He also completed a big job at another commercial property in Denton. He does incredible work. I will use him for all future projects.

Centurion did two jobs for us at Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union. We had a large water damage over a holiday weekend and they were able to coming on a holiday, to start the job. They removed all the water, repaired all damage and did it in a timely manner. Gaston communicated very well and timely. That project proved they could work on a smaller roof water leak that no one else could fix, they were able to solve the problem and repair the damage. They don't just do water repairs, that is just what we used them for. They are a full service general contractor. They are a good and honest company. I will use them again.

Wow! I cannot express how amazing it was to work with Gaston. He was polite, professional and extremely punctual with everything I needed done. He’s also super honest and does all his work with such integrity. I highly recommend him for any home project!! Everything came out perfect on my new carpets installed!!

These guys are the best! the owner, Gaston, has the best communication and really makes you feel like he’s taking care of you like a family member. They’ve done multiple jobs on my rental properties and it’s always completed with quality. Also, they are always quick, easy to work with and give me good honest pricing. I can confidently recommend Gaston and anyone in his crew to anyone for your general contracting/handyman needs

I have used Gaston and the Centurion contracting crew for the 3+ years and there has not been one time that I have been unhappy with the product/service that has been performed. From renovating entire homes, remodeling a bathroom, or “minor” drywall repair. Doesn’t matter the scope of work is, Gaston is the person to call. Punctual, fair, always responds and easy to work with. 6 stars if I could.

I had shelves added to two of my closets & I am very pleased with the results. I added wider shelves to my kitchen pantry & converted my coat closet to shelves. The shelves were custom built and stained. Thank you to Gaston & your team. Everyone was so professional. I will be using them again for another project later this month.
