Swimming Pool reviews in Dallas, Texas

Great family-owned business with a no-nonsense attitude that takes pride in their work. Thank you!

Great pool company, I really satisfied with the service

Showed up on time, did good work and charged a fair price for it, would definitely recommend

John and his team did an excellent job at my house! I highly recommend Community Home Services!

Pool has never looked better! Had some weird algae build up that I could not get rid of and they cleared it up in no time.

Great people to work with. Had a filter clean done on my pool. Kim was a pleasure to work with

Amazing customer service, owners are highly involved. Professional all the way around. Great price too. Would recommend to any friend / family!

I hired them for a front yard landscaping project in Dallas. It turned out great and I was very pleased with David the manager who was very hands on.

We have a large 16 ft Dr Wellness fiberglass Swim Spa. It developed a crack on delivery and several attempts were made to do a simple fix but none held for long. Finally we contacted Texas Fiberglass pools and they did a very professional job on repairing the foot long crack in the side of the spa and provided a 2 yr guarantee. We now exercise in the spa every evening.

Texas Fiberglass Pools found a leak in our pool plumbing and repaired it within a few days after identifying. The repair was with minimal disruption of the pool decking and it looks good as new.

This is the second time we have had Texas Fiberglass Pools refurbish and paint our pool. Both times they also repaired leaks in the piping. They are very professional and do quality work.

Oliver and his crews are excellent to work with. Unfortunatly my pool has given me many problems over the last few years and Oliver has been very patiant and helpful correcting problems that were left by other pool companies. I will not hesitate to refer others to TX FIBERGLASS POOLS. They are trustworthy and deliver a great product and most of all they do what they say they are going to do.

Everything was as promised in the resurfacing of my 32 year old fiberglass pool. They fixed two bulges and a couple of cracks around the lip of the pool, replaced missing ladder steps and added a railing at the stairs. Gabriel was a joy to work with. The crew was great. I'm so proud of my "brand new" pool!

Our 17 yr old pool needed resurfacing badly. Rocio came out to give us an estimate, and again for a final check when the job was finished. She was available when any questions arose during the process. She was a pleasure from start to finish. The gentlemen who did the work were prompt, efficient, and tidy. It's only been a few weeks, but so far we're quite happy with the job. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our pool again.

Wow what a great company! I had another company mess up my pool. Texas Fiberglass Pools came out and gave me an estimate. Told me what they would do, and did it on the schedule and time that they quoted. Awesome job, I highly recommend this company for your pool repairs!

A special thanks to Gabriel and his team. Our pool was resurfaced and looks brand new. We are beyond happy with the results. The job was completed in a timely manner. We appreciate Gabriel’s communication, reliability, follow through and follow up as well as his worker’s professionalism. These are things that are hard to come by with service providers. It was a painless experience with great results!

Had them out multiple times for pool cracks. Never fixed pool, complete waste of money!

After seeing his response, that's a lie. I have the contract that states ALL cracks will be fixed & the bulges on the side were cosmetic and never cracked. Issues only came from his shotty work. Still in contract and you never fixed the issues.

I had an immediate response to my concerns, an appointment was made, and I received a quote the same day after technician came out to see our pool. A lot of knowledge from the technician and super helpful. We are in Wichita Falls, we were told by Premier Pools that no one would help us, yet this company did! So glad we got in touch with Texas Fiberglass!

We love our service with Texas Fiber Glass Pools. Our pool is so clear everyday, we enjoy watching the fountains. Our neighbors notice how clear the pool always stays. The maintenance comes each week on Mondays, empty the baskets, sweep the walls and floor, vacuum the floor of the pool. They add the chemicals each week. Its great we do not have to test or add chemicals. They check the equipment. And let us know of any problems that might need attention or repair. We had a pump that went out, but the good thing is Texas Fiberglass Pools gave us a bid. They took care of replacing the pump and had the pool back up and running. They take great care of pool for us.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and how the resurfacing of my pool was completed. The presentation of the work was precise and clear as was the follow-up. Everything that was promised was delivered. The workmanship was excellent and maintenance directions were well explained. I would certainly recommend Texas Fiberglass Pools.

I had a large inground pool that had a liner. It was destroyed, and after calling numerous pool repair companies, Texas Fiberglass was out VERY quickly to give me a quote.
Yesterday they completed the pool restoration, and I must say, I didn't realize how nice it was going to look.
Huge thank you to the teams at Texas Fiberglass. Highly Recommended!!!
