Knocked out powe for neighbors and house. 100 degree temperatures. Don't trust them not to do major damage to the area.

Robert and Javier were highly recommended for trimming and cutting down trees. I was out of town when they did the job so upon my return noticed several dead limbs that were not cut down. I called and asked if they could fix it, there was a conversation of an additional charge because whatever was written on the job order was all the team would do. When I stated they were the tree experts and all they needed to do was call me to approve yet they didn't, he agreed to come back at no cost. One back tree had to be cut down which hosted my backyard lights and part of the light strand had been taken down while they were here. So a week later I went to restring my outdoor lights. When I went to restring them I noticed the light string had been cut in two places and not usable. When I asked Robert by text why he didn't say anything - he stated I was accusing him of being a liar and that his team would not have done that. So when I sent the pictures (it's been less than ten days since they had completed the job) I was told that no one was near the lights so it had to be me. When I told them the only person who had been here was the pool cleaner, they then accused him. He then called and proceeded to argue with me and tell me I must be in the wrong - he is a pastor and reads the bible. When I told him I too read the bible but that did not fix the problem. I finally realized we would continue to argue the truth and ended with "Let's agree to disagree on this one" and "You have lost a customer". I am in sales and customer service and NEVER would I take this tone with anyone much less a scenario where you are not 100% sure you are right. As I told him, I was bringing the issue to his attention and his first comment back was "they were old lights". Maybe I caught him on a bad day but all I know is you don't win customers by yelling at them or accusing them of lying. I wish them the best of luck in what they do and put this down as a learning lesson.
