Tree reviews in Dallas, Texas

Consistently outstanding work - have used their services multiple times.

We can’t say enough great things about Alan and his great value tree/stump removal. He is very professional, went over the top on his work, and made sure we were happy with our expectations. I wishe we had more work for him!

Alan did a great job of removing a big red oak tree and its stump grinding. He came back at my request to grind the stump thoroughly. I will use him again for any tree related services.

I have used this service multiple times for multiple properties and could not be happier. They are thorough, affordable, and provide excellent service. I especially like their attention to detail including clean up upon completion. I highly recommend.

We had a GREAT experience with Alan and his crew! They helped us so quickly after a storm. I would highly recommend them. Super fast and great with communication as well.

Traveled here for business and had an emergency with an old tree breakage on site. They were able to come over and take care of it right away! Thank you to this amazing team for promptness and great work. Highly recommend.

I recently had Down2Earth Arbor remove a stump from my yard, and I was very impressed with their service. They provided friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. Despite being rained out and needing to come back another day, they were prompt and stuck to their word, completing the job efficiently. I highly recommend Down2Earth Arbor for any arborist needs!

I have three fairly large oak trees around my home that were starting to get a little out of control. I have been reluctant to have anyone trim them because I love the trees so much… and them being “over trimmed” was my biggest fear. Down2Earth Arbor Care was so wonderful and I immediately trusted them when I spoke with them. They aren’t just a company that comes and cuts as much away as possible just because. He understood that I wanted my trees to be left very natural and as little removed as possible, while still removing enough to keep them healthy and happy! They really love trees, and it shows. I am so happy with the work they did and I will continue to trust them with all of my trees!

I had Alan come out to trim a few trees in my yard, and he did a great job shaping and thinning them out. He cleaned up all the branches before leaving, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use him again next time!

Very good price. Worked fast and the best for tree trmiming, landscape and etc.

Alan did great job on tree trimming in Allen Texas. He is very flexible to accommodate my schedule. He is an expert for taking care of trees. Highly recommended!

Great service. He went above and beyond to execute high quality work. The process was so smooth and quick. I would like to work with him again. Thanks!!!

I had stump grinding done along with tree removal and brush removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was very prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent — he checked in throughout the entire process to make sure everything was done exactly how I wanted and that I was fully satisfied. The work area was left clean, and everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend Down2Earth Arbor Care for anyone needing tree or stump work done right.

I had a very large tree that urgently needed to be trimmed and Alan and his team were able to help me on a short notice and did such a clean professional job.

We hired Allen for tree removal in Plano, TX and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The job was done safely and efficiently, and the cleanup was thorough. You can tell Allen takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing tree removal in the Plano area

I’ve worked with Allen at Down2Earth Arbor Care on multiple jobs and he’s been consistent every time. He communicates well, shows up when scheduled, and handles the work professionally. We recently partnered on a tree removal project in Dallas and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The crew worked safely and left the property clean, which my clients always appreciate. I have no problem recommending him to anyone needing reliable tree service.

Their drivers are reckless and rude

I called Dallas Arbor Care for a quote to trim my mature trees after getting a recommendation. Doug gave me a very reasonable estimate and then educated me on how trees are trimmed. I thought you just cut branches that you don’t want and branches that are dead, but there’s actually a science to trimming trees and the type of tree. He had his team at my house on the promised date and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate their expertise and eye for detail. The crew was professional and friendly and cleaned up nicely.

In my younger years I did tree work including pruning from within the trees on ropes and saddle. This included very near historic houses in a National Park as I worked for the Dept of Interior. Suffice it to say that I am an exacting customer. The crews with Dallas Arbor Care are professional, knowledgeable, and careful of your property. I know, because I have hired them for many years, inspected their work both real-time and after they have departed. Now I just let them on my property while I'm at work, that is the kind of trust that has been garnered. Douglas owns the company and he is a fine employer and a wonderful family man. How he treats others matters to me as well as his acumen regarding the trees. When handing my hard-earned money over to someone they have to meet all criteria. This company does and they have earned my loyalty and praise. Ed F.

They were punctual and did a great job 🌳!
