I highly recommend this plumbing company! We had a leaky pipe show up in our home late one Saturday night. Jeff answered our call and explained what steps we could take to keep things safe until a plumber could come out on Monday morning, which saved us money. Malik showed up right on time at 8am, just like they said he would. He was very professional and friendly, and got everything fixed quickly. The service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll be telling my friends and neighbors about these plumbers for sure.

brothers plumbing was referred to me through my home warranty claim. while the warranty didn’t cover the repair for some of the exposed plumbing on my house, they gave me a quote for replacing a ball valve and suggested upgrading to a brass valve for one of my outdoor spigots. their price was hundreds less than two other plumbers i checked with, so i went ahead with the job. a few months later, i had an issue where a fitting on the new line popped open. i called brothers plumbing right away, and malik in the office was very helpful, talking to a supervisor about my situation even though my warranty had just expired. they sent out the same plumber, norman, who took a look at the problem and spoke to a supervisor. they offered to do the repair for just the cost of materials, which was really fair. norman had to come out twice because the plumbers were busy, but the price was still more than reasonable for the time and parts used. i really appreciated how i was treated and how they handled everything. i’ll definitely call them again if i need a plumber in the future.

I manage a small 4-plex in Dayton. We’ve relied on local plumbers here for years. They’ve upgraded all the bathrooms in our older building and handled the complete plumbing work when we renovated all four kitchens. They also replaced our laundry room’s double sink and fixed our outdoor spigots. For regular plumbing issues, we always call them. Gerald at the office is excellent, and every plumber who’s come out for repairs has been just as great. They always do quality work, and I’ve never had to call them back for the same problem.
