I highly recommend this plumbing company! We had a leaky pipe show up in our home late one Saturday night. Jeff answered our call and explained what steps we could take to keep things safe until a plumber could come out on Monday morning, which saved us money. Malik showed up right on time at 8am, just like they said he would. He was very professional and friendly, and got everything fixed quickly. The service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll be telling my friends and neighbors about these plumbers for sure.

brothers plumbing was referred to me through my home warranty claim. while the warranty didn’t cover the repair for some of the exposed plumbing on my house, they gave me a quote for replacing a ball valve and suggested upgrading to a brass valve for one of my outdoor spigots. their price was hundreds less than two other plumbers i checked with, so i went ahead with the job. a few months later, i had an issue where a fitting on the new line popped open. i called brothers plumbing right away, and malik in the office was very helpful, talking to a supervisor about my situation even though my warranty had just expired. they sent out the same plumber, norman, who took a look at the problem and spoke to a supervisor. they offered to do the repair for just the cost of materials, which was really fair. norman had to come out twice because the plumbers were busy, but the price was still more than reasonable for the time and parts used. i really appreciated how i was treated and how they handled everything. i’ll definitely call them again if i need a plumber in the future.

i called about a problem with our church's old plumbing system. gerald, their experienced plumber, got in touch quickly after i spoke with their office. we set up a time and gerald showed up right when he said he would. he brought his plumbing tools and within less than an hour had everything working smoothly, even though it was a tricky setup. he fixed the issue without needing any new parts and also adjusted a few things we didn't even realize needed attention. best of all, they charged us their normal rate, and the bill was much lower than what we usually pay for plumbing work. everyone at the church is very pleased with the service we received. great job to the whole team.

He also put in a drip pan with proper piping under the washer to protect against leaks or overflows. Diego usually works by himself and always shows up when he says he will.
