FYI. I had an alert from my carbon monoxide alarm and called Festus because they had installed a new hot water heater for me a couple of years earlier. Although the heater was installed incorrectly I corrected the issue myself and never wrote a review or notified Festus of the improper installation. Back to the carbon monoxide issue, the charge was $180 for the two Festus employees for less than an hour of no work done except to spend 5 minutes installing a new owner issued carbon monoxide alarm. Beware, ask for charges before using them.

Water heater maintenance was quick, easy and affordable. Absolutely loved the service provided. Staff were very friendly, quick and communicative . Definitely will be doing future business with them.

I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During the recent freeze, I had a leak and called for service. They came out, diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve that needed to be replaced, but said they couldn’t fix it that day because they had other service calls scheduled. I was charged a $190 call-out fee for that visit.

They returned one week later to replace the valve and charged me an additional $220. After I called to question the charges, I spoke with Haley, who reduced the second charge from $220 to $190. However, I was still charged twice — a total of $380 — for a repair that should have been completed during the initial visit.

After 25 years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, they lost a long-time customer today. They need a lesson in customer service!

Really great at communicating appointment time and letting me know when they were on there way. They were able to come out the same day I called and fixed the problem.

Jared came out on a Sunday night, and was back Tuesday morning to fix the problem. Very respectful team! Definitely recommend Crye AC
