Morning Light Air Duct Care

I was impressed on how professional the guys were that installed our new furnace and A/C system. They protected our flooring all over the areas that they needed and did a terrifc project on the satisfied with their work.

I called on a Friday and was told that they could come out that Sunday between 1 and 3 PM.

I called Sunday to see if they knew what time the technician would be out. I was directed to a call center in what sounded like India.

The lady on the other line said that she would have the technician call me. After an hour without receiving a call, I called again and was told again that the technician would call me.

my third and final call at 2pm and I spoke to the call center they told me that the address I provided was not in their service area and that the technician would not be coming out.

When I asked why they ever even made the initial appointment, I was given no reason.

this was a very important inspection as the property is under contract and our option period expires tomorrow. We had the appointment for three days only to be told within an hour of the appointment already starting that they wouldn’t be coming
. Incredibly unprofessional and Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.
