Steve was unresponsive through text and phone calls after not showing up for a set appointment. He will only show up when it's convenient for himself..... Find another guy for your lawn services

Agreed on a price for 2 services per month. They do not come on a set schedule so you have to keep track for yourself if they actually come twice. When I did that, I noticed they only came once in a particular month. Asked them about it and they said they would come 3 times the following month. Fine.

They never showed up again and never refunded me for that final month or the half they owed me from the previous month. Fair warning that you are not dealing with professionals here.

Steve is the best! He always does a great job, educates his customers, and never sells services you don't really need. He works hard to make sure I'm happy. I trust BST completely. My yard looks great and plants, grass, and trees are all very healthy and beautiful. No one provides better value than Steve!

Professional and did an amazing job! They came out first and walked my property before giving me an estimate. Others just gave me outrageous prices before seeing what I needed. They came out and did the work in the evening and I’m extremely pleased with all their hard work and tackling cutting grass in our ditch and driveway. I was very impressed with the way Felix manage his business, always giving ideas on what can and can’t be done, and also very surprised that he worked around small inconveniences to solve them and not been excuses to charge more, as is becoming usual from most contractors nowadays this, for me demonstrates he knows his business, he did a great job completing our project.

Amazing is all I can say. It’s hard to find contractors in austin that are responsive and fair- These guys are both. They do a great job and they have all the right machinery to get the job done right and quickly. If you have any excavation, grading or landscaping work you have to contact them.

Felix and his team were amazing! We needed a really long and deep trench dug. They did a great job from the quote to the work. Definitely keeping this number handy!

We hired Felix to clear brush from our property, excavate a creek bed that had become blocked, and level our backyard to prevent flooding. I was thrilled with his work. He is the 4th contractor I've hired to clear my property, and he's the only one I'd hire again. He was quick to respond and come out to give me a bid. He listened to me and took his time to respond; I felt like he was carefully studying the land and trying to find the absolute best solution for our property and issues. His work was meticulous and exactly what he said it would be.

Felix does good work at a fair price. I appreciate working with a man of integrity, which is becoming rarer these days. He does what he says and is honest about everything. Definitely recommend and will use again for any needed excavation work.

Felix and his crew removed a pond feature from our backyard, and filled and leveled the hole. They removed all of the debris as well as the pond equipment that we no longer needed. They did excellent work and were friendly and professional. The job was actually harder than originally estimated because there was metal wiring to support a concrete bowl that we didn't know about (previous owners built the pond). But they were able to handle that and still finish on time. I highly recommend JFR construction!
