When the refrigerator died suddenly 2 days after an expensive Christmas, I immediately began running through all the scenarios of my options. They all seemed like they were going to be very painful. My 1st inclination was to find a used fridge, but after searching multiple 'for sale' sites, things looks even worse than I thought.
I then thought that maybe having it looked at for repair was my next best option. I searched my area and came across several options for repair services. When I looked at Got your 6, the reviews were tremendous, so I submitted a Service Request.
Within 5 minutes, I got a call back from Jeremey. Within the hour, he was at my house and in less than an hour, he had diagnosed the problem, had the part needed for the repair and installed. All at a reasonable and fair price.
Jeremy was very friendly, cordial and professional.
The entire process took less than 3 hours and was completely painless. I will take that anyday.
I give Got your 6 my highest recommendation.
