They fixed what needed to be fixed and were honest enough to tell me to replace something as opposed to paying them to repair. Will use them 100% of the time for future issues.

My 7 yard old GE refrigerator began weeping periodically about three months ago during its defrosting cycle. Towels on the floor solved the immediate problem as I thought about trying to fix it myself. However at 88 years old, I got outvoted by my back, knees, and manual dexterity. Called out a handyman who charged me $90 for the visit, told me he would order the part to fix it, and proceeded to disappear never to be seen again. Looked at a bunch of ads and tried J&J Appliance and what a difference! Said they would be there the next day. Gave me a time, called me on the way, and arrived right on time, had the proper equipment to make the repairs. The repairman pulled out both loaded freezer drawers without disturbing the contents, rmoved a couple of panels, cleared a drain blockage, defrost the freezer coils in a cloud of steam, wiped everything dry, and reassembled all the pieces in about one hour.
I was amazed!

J&J responded to my request for service almost immediately. Technician provided notice prior to arriving, conducted the review of the issue and provided the details. He gave me clear information on the cause and solution. Fixed my issue that day ---a single trip for service!

These guys are great. Used them for years and they also do a great job. Clearly communicate the problem and fix. Their advice is always sound. You can’t go wrong with J&J.

Came out quickly. Found problem and identified part within 30 minutes of visit. Came back with part within a few days, discovered I didn’t need it and did not charge me for it. These folks are the real deal - use them!

First of all they actually answered their phone. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of when the technician would arrive. The technician was knowledgeable and repaired my stove in a timely manner. I’m VERY PLEASED with “J&J Appliance”!!! They will be my first call when I need an appliance looked at or repaired.

Unfortunately, after careful examination my icemaker was beyond repair. I was not charged for the visit. I will call J&J for all my appliance repairs!

We have heard J&J numerous times and have had a great experience each time. Our technician has been John each time and he is always honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Today was no different. He took one look at our microwave and said we needed a new one - if he repaired it then it wouldn’t be safe for our family. We will continue to use them in the future!!

I had an amazing experience with J&J! Our cooktop stopped working right before the Thanksgiving holidays. We found J&J through a Google search and from the moment we booked the online appointment, our customer experience was top notch. The customer service was professional and friendly. They scheduled our appointment quickly, and the technician, John was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough.

John found our issue quickly and made the repair the same day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the fast service. I really appreciated his professionalism throughout the entire process.

It’s not easy to find a service that’s both professional and affordable, but J&J delivered. I will definitely be using them again for any future appliance repairs and highly recommend them to others!
