Great owner great people working there. We asked if they could come by and check to see if we had wet spots in our carpet from a leak. They came and checked it and didn't even charge us for the visit. I would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be happier about the service we received from this company. They came out on very short notice during Thanksgiving week and they did a fabulous job. They were extremely friendly and personable. Great value. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Floors look brand new now. They were detailed and even took the time to protect different floor types (i.e. wood from tile or carpet) throughout the entire process. Very thorough and professional job done with no shady business. Would recommend to anyone.

Called O'Bryan's off neighbors recommendation after losing our GSD who was sick the last 2 wks. of her life. We had raised her and her brother, combined, over 25 yrs. on this carpet. Tried to clean spots with biodegradable cleaner and Oxyclean which did a good job but left white spots on this tan carpet and the larger area was of course still very dirty. Long/short these guys brought the rug back to to a CLEAN and even color. They also got stuck that day on the I-35E parking lot and also at another customer's time slot. They called 3X updating us though one would have been fine for us. O'Bryans will be and remain the only floor, carpet, restoration service we will use here. When we find honesty and quality like this we stay with. Additionally they are locally owned - and attribute we highly value.

My carpets have never been so clean! They were able to get out all of the stains out of my carpet and leave it looking new and fresh. Would HIGHLY recommend. Only service I’ll ever use from now on. Thank you!!

They did an amazing job on stretching our carpet and cleaning. Gave a great deal as well. We had a HUGE crease in the very middle of our living room carpet. It is NON EXISTENT now. Definitely recommend this company for carpet services.

They were great! We had some water damaged carpet and they replaced the carpet pad and restretched the carpet for us. They were polite, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again, they were even nice to the dog!

I am so thankful to both Erik and Bo for taking the time to bring my beautiful floors back to life. In the two years that we have owned our home we have searched for someone that would not only make the trek to Gainesville but would care about doing the right thing the first time. My floors had years upon years of wax build up from before us and being a rookie at hardwood I was out of my depth and frustrated. They stepped outside their normal available services to take care of me and I am in love with my floors and this family owned business. Do not question if you have the right flooring company, one that you can trust: use O’Bryans. Third time to use O'Bryans. They were great! Very professional, on-time, and a great value. My dog stained my rugs (big stain, sick dog). They came out and cleaned the entire carpet. Looks great.

Wonderful experience! Fast and efficient! My carpets are less than impressive to begin with and they made them MUCH better!!! If I could give more stars, I would!! The guys were so nice and even explained what they were doing to my very intrigued 5 year old! These guys will not disappoint! :)

Y'all, Eric and his team are just the literal best. He was able to fit me in despite the busy holiday week, arrived early, got rid of ALL the pet stains (It's a miracle!), charged me fairly, and made my carpets look like new again, just in time for my Thanksgiving guests.

This is our second time to use O'Bryan's Carpet Cleaning. We used them two years ago to stretch and clean our carpets and they did a fabulous job! This week our dog was sick and vomited on the carpet. I called them out the next day thinking the best they could probably do is get the smell out for now and we would have to replace the carpet. We can't even see the stain! It looks great and no offensive odor. The are responsive, professional, friendly and do a great job too! I highly recommend them!

Eric did a wonderful job fixing a big hole in my carpet that was caused by my dog! He was extremely professional and kind. I appreciated his willingness to work with my schedule. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be giving Eric a call.
