From initial communication, estimates and cleaning completed, Maid Pro was wonderful! Hannah is kind and responsive and the setup was easy! I have had issues with other services in the past, and I'm thrilled with Maid Pro's first cleaning of my home. Chyenne and Connie were nice, timely on arrival, and professional in my home. They were efficient and did great work! I have additional services setup and I'm looking forward to it! Thank you all!

Maidpro services our office once a week. They have gone through a period where we were getting different people to service us every week but now we have a couple of great regular Maidpro associates that come to service our facility most of the time. Thank you Paige and Nia for always doing a great job and being so friendly when you come to work at our place of business. Your hard work and great attitudes make a difference!

I would also like to add Avery to this list of great workers. Since she has started, she has been nothing but thorough, professional, and has a great attitude. Glad to see that MaidPro is hiring some outstanding individuals.

Amazing cleaning team delivering phenomenal results! I chose MaidPro Denton to clean my Mother's home in a regular basis. Hanna was amazing to work with you set up the service. The MaidPro cleaning team, Nia and Caleb, not only did an amazing job deep cleaning my Mom's house (first time deep clean) but they were very kind and professional with my Mom and Step Dad during the cleaning. Very very pleased! Brian and Tonya did an amazing job cleaning our home for a first visit. With our newborn and 3 dogs it made the cleaning difficult but often. But they did amazing and hope to see them back weekly! Thanks again!!

Today,Avery,and Bailey,with MaidPro cleaned our home, they did a great job, dusting every where including the ceiling fan blades, and blinds, I gave both of them 5 stars. They vacuum, sweep the floor, then mopped their way out. I have used MaidPro for a couple of years.

Caleb & Nia cleaned my house, and they did a superb job!! They had a 49 Point Checklist to show that nothing was accidentally missed. I was delayed getting back from a business trip, so I wasn’t there to get stuff out of their way before they arrived. They tidied and cleaned! How nice to have a completely clean home in one day!

Tanya and Nia did an excellent job at our office today. Both had great attitudes, very friendly. Left the office better than the found, and smelling a lot better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I want to give a much deserved shout out to Avery, Clover and Nia. They cleaned my home thoroughly! They were very efficient and friendly. Love Maidpro! I am very satisfied with these 3! And because it was three of them, they were able to knock it out quicker than normal.

I've been a maid pro client for several months and I am super satisfied! Nia is often my scheduled cleaner, and she's great! She is thorough and diligent and makes coming home after cleaning day such a joy. Seriously, it feels like my home is even more of a sanctuary after a clean. I would recommend MaidPro because the quality of service is excellent, including any of the times I've had to call customer service because I goofed on scheduling or something.

Rachel and Gracie were fantastic today. They were very kind and professional. They ask questions to get the job completed correctly. The office was left in great condition.

Caleb did my cleaning service and I was very happy with the service. All of the things I didn’t want to clean were cleaned by Caleb. He went above and beyond & I am very appreciative of him taking the time to clean such a large house. His attention to detail is outstanding.

Maidpro have been our go-to house cleaners for over a decade now. They're always flexible, fantastic, and detailed. We couldn't be happier with our relationship with Maidpro and particularly Avery and Clover for our most recent clean. They truly went above-and-beyond!

I have had consistent good cleanings until recently. I believe there is new mgmt or something has changed. I was okay going with the change as I was told I would need to pay for more hours if I wanted the same cleaning I had been receiving for years. I told them no so they said they could switch me to priority cleaning which would prioritize my highest needs areas within the allotted time I was paying for. I reluctantly agreed to this. The latest cleaning, they did not utilize that list and left most of my upstairs completely untouched. I asked for the bathrooms to be prioritized and 2 of my 3 bathrooms were untouched. I would be careful moving forward with them.

Terrible! Worst home cleaning service I have ever had. They are charging a premium price and not providing even basic service. I keep getting told the cleaners run out of time, but it shouldn't take 2 people 1 hour to wipe kitchen and bathroom counters which is all that was accomplished at my last cleaning after I had already cleared them of dishes and personal items, and the majority of the house was still pretty clean from the deep clean redo. This was 2nd official cleaning, the first was a deep cleaning that cost over $350 and was not completed and they sent people to redo at no charge after this 2nd incident I will no longer use their company.

Bailey Nia and Tonya were amazing in the cleaning process. They pay attention to detail and are super friendly. They are understanding of my frenchies and adjust to any situation.
