I have had the pleasure of working with drew from force home multiple times over the last decade. His team has helped me out with various hvac system work on different properties in Denton, Pilot Point, and Lantana. They always are thorough and honest when evaluating and prescribing the work scopes and I feel confident their pricing is fair for the expertise they bring to each job. I might be getting a few solar fans installed on my roof soon by them as well to help keep my home temperature stabilized while not increasing electricity costs!

We used a coupon for a heater and plumbing inspection. The teams that came out were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. That offered some recommendations to help improve our systems but they were not pushy about it. When we are ready, or any thing else comes up, i will not hesitate to call them.

Brisco Palmer and Brad Fox did some repairs at our house and did an excellent job! We had a roof replaced and the roofers damaged our chimney stack and our furnace kept going out so they came out to check. Realized the roofers had bent our stack out of our furnace that goes out of the roof to remove carbon monoxide. So we had carbon monoxide up into our attic. Briscoe Palmer found that and then Brad Fox came out and did the repairs. We have used force home in the past and they have always done an outstanding job for us. This time they may have just saved our lives. We highly recommend!!

Force Home Services is always very thorough and informative on there work. Good pictures and explanations . They have installed A/C and water heater and I feel comfortable with their continued work. Technicians are friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a higher level professional installer, I would recommend Force.

Cody came out for a small plumbing job. I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. I do home service myself and he motivated me to be better with my own customers. 5 stars Cody!!! I woke up to a leak in my front yard before the freeze came, when i called , they had someone come right out and look to give me a estimate (it was the water line). I spoke to Michael about the leak who gave me a estimate 2 thousand dollars less then other companies that came. My lawn was dug up, pipes laid, inspector came and signed off on the work and my front yard was back to normal all BEFORE the cold front came in. They did an awesome job, from the front office taking my number, to Michael calling me back and giving me an estimate, to the work getting done. I would give them a call again to get any work done.

We had our heating go out when the weather started to turn cold and Larry came out right away to take a look. There ended up being an uncommon fix that needed to be done, but he was quick to set follow up appointments and acquire parts. The customer service was excellent!

I recently had my garbage disposal and kitchen drain repaired, and I am extremely pleased with the service. Calvin was patient, professional, and very efficient. He was prompt, and diagnosed the issue quickly. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. . I highly recommend Calvin for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy service.

Made an appointment online for a leaking water heater and they called me back within 10 min and said they would dispatch Jax ASAP. Jax was patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything. The installation went very smoothly. Jax knew exactly what he was doing. His work even impressed my father - which is hard to do! Thank you for such wonderful service!

Great service, had to order parts, the tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept us informed all the way through the process. I highly recommend this company and the tech. Briscoe Palmer will tell you about the cost after repairs are done. Repairs are done and all is well with our furnace

While the original problem persists, Force Home services seems dedicated to solving the problem. If they can't, a full refund has been offered. I appreciate their willingness to provide good customer service . The 2nd house call resulted in the same results. They really did all they could.
We had to have a complete installation of duct work. The crew was fantastic!! They are professional, respectful, and neat - cleaning up before they leave. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating and air work done!

I had a great experience with Force Home Services. I was in need of a new AC and Heating system for my home due to the age of my previous unit that kept breaking down and needed costly repairs. Brisco didn’t try to upsell anything and he answered all of my questions. Jolanda was easy to communicate with over the phone. After doing some research and shopping around, their price for a new AC and Heating system was the best in town for what I needed.

I recently went through a quoting process for a whole new HVAC system and was very happy with Force. Their rep James was outstanding. He came out and listened to my concerns and needs and did a load analysis using his software program. He proposed a system that was actually smaller than our current one. No other company did this, so James came back out a second time and did a second load analysis by hand to verify the math. It checked out and the smaller system of course cost less. We're very happy with the integrity and responsiveness from Force and James particularly.

Force home services has been fantastic to work with. The pricing has been fair and knowledgeable on the problems and solutions. They have really done a great job making sure our HVAC system works like it is supposed to function.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Force! I had to get a full system replacement, which is never good, but working with a company that values integrity and customer service made the experience much less painful. Patrick, James, Brad, and their crews made what could have been a scary experience much more manageable. They worked with my schedule, and it was extremely easy to communicate with all involved. They took the time to explain all of my options to me. Everyone was extremely polite and efficient, and I felt that my well-being was top of mind to them. I truly appreciate them and whole-heartedly recommend Force!

I got a new HVAC system from Force home services. Before signing the installation contract, I had 5 other companies pay me consultancy visits and provide quotes. I chose Force Home Services because they seem most upfront and honest about what (best) technology my money could buy. Some companies can provide you seemingly same technology/equipment but can cost-cut by providing lower quality coolant/refrigerant (something that I personally encountered) — things that a common home owner will hardly be aware about… in any case, Force Home was fabulous, they offed the best price, latest technology. The job is done and my HVAC works great! The installation is excellent, even the city inspector said that the installation has been done very well. And the staff/installation team was the best part, they were all knowledgeable, respectful, clean with work and overall, above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend Force Home Services!

I got my gas pipeline plumbing, HVAC maintenance and range hood duct installation works done by ForceHome service. I should admit that these jobs landed in the right hands and their service was very punctual, organised and professional. Their job and cost estimates were accurate which helped me to make an informed decision. Required City inspection and approvals were scheduled appropriately and taken care by their service. Also I was impressed with the way Jax, Brad, James, Drew and Carrie followed up to bring the job to completion

We had our AC go out on Monday and gave them a call around 5pm, they called us back around 6:30pm and then were at our house Tuesday morning at 8am.
Previously, I worked with Jax on a plumbing issue, then Larry to assess our AC. More recently, I worked with Brad Fox and let me tell you, these guys are hard workers. The job I hired Force Home took a little longer than expected, but Brad and his team worked nonstop to get my insulation up to code, and AC and ducts replaced. They didn't keep me in the dark and gave me updates throughout the job. Plus, these guys are great with cats and dogs, my family loved the guys from Force Home Services. Also, the back office is full of wonderful ladies who work to be one step ahead of you with paperwork.
