Janitorial reviews in Denton, Texas

Great company!

I called this place to perform a commercial cleaning. Even provided pictures. However, when they arrived they did not want to clean because it was "too dirty" UMMM what?? Terrible Service.

We love Alta Clean! Perfect for our apartment complex!

We have had a great experience with Alta Clean. They are easy to work with and the crew does a great job!

They are reliable, responsive and do a great job. We have been working with them for 18 months.

Our company has used Alta Clean for about a year with extremely favorable results. The crew that cleans is thorough and responsive to requests when we have concerns, as is management.

We have been with Alta for several years and I have appreciated the crew members, their work ethic, and the owners attitude and their diligence. I work with volunteers and paid staff and their expectations are all over the place. I have shared complaints and concerns with the owners and they have always responded quickly and we have gotten things corrected or explained the same day! They are fair and responsive!

We have used Alta Clean at Surgery Associates of North Texas for several years now. Very trustworthy and dependable. I have never had to ask them to redo anything! I cannot say enough good things about their service and the cost! They probably don't charge enough for what they do - but don't tell them that! :)

Our preschool has been using Alta Clean since 2017. We have been very satisfied with their cleaning services and the communication is great.

In the past, we had major issues with another cleaning company - multiple occasions of "no-shows" with no communication, just excuses from management when I would call to complain.

I never worry about Alta Clean's performance. Our building always smells great and looks clean.

We've been with Alta Clean for over a year now. We've never had an issue-cleanings are always done on schedule and our office looks fantastic every time!

We have been using Alta clean for several months and they are very professional and do a great job. I was hesitant about an outside cleaning company, but we have not had one single issue.

We have used Alta Clean for several years and they always do a great job! Highly recommend for your office/shop space.

We have used Alta Clean for several years without any complaints. We explained to the employees what we were looking for and they have done a fantastic job of adapting to our facility and keeping the place looking good. For the most part they self manage and they are all very friendly and helpful.

We could not be happier with Alta Clean's services. They clean our office twice a week. Their cleaners are always on time, do a thorough job, and are very trustworthy.

I am extremely happy with the service I’ve received from ´Fantastic Cleaning´ team. These ladies are reliable, professional, friendly, and efficient to say the least. I would not hesitate to recommend them, the quality of their service worth every penny.

This team is absolutely a worker of miracles. We had a rental unit in such a poor condition… We were distressed and honestly depressed, and Fantastic Cleaning turned it around in such a way we can’t even believe it! We thought that our fridge and freezer were destroyed because our tenant had left food rotting in them and we couldn’t get the smell out, but Fantastic Cleaning took care of the job and it smells like new! But more than this their detail is unbelievable, every single surface is cleaned top to bottom, when they’re done, they send us a video showing proof of everything being done. we just are huge fans of this company and will work with them into the future for all of our Cleaning needs. I give them my highest endorsement and I’m happy to share more with anyone else who would like more information about them. We’ve used them multiple times now and will use them as long as possible into the future.
