I returned home from a 3 day business trip to a leaky hot water heater. A friend referred me to Michael. Not only did he call me that night, but he was able to come by my home late morning the next day to help me. He and Robert had my hot water heater replaced quickly. I highly commend Knee Deep Plumbing and their technicians for their quick response to my water heater failure. The service they provided was truly outstanding.. Lionel Jenschke and his assistant Robert arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me what their plan was to locate the parts needed, returned in record time and completed the repairs.
