Chyenne & Nikki are an amazing team that work so good together. There’s 2 of us & 4 dogs. 2 big dogs. 1 is a Shepherd so it sheds constantly then there’s water on the floor in the kitchen from the dogs drinking the water. You have people & dogs in & out all day so the floors muddy up. My floors are challenging but my team is thorough professional & will not leave until the house looks 100% I would recommend them to my family friends…

MaidPro was very upfront with their prices. I called on a Thursday and they came out on Monday. They performed a deep-clean and did a great job. The two ladies that showed up were very friendly, their names were Connie and Cheyenne. They were very pleasant and respectful as my wife and I were both working remotely because of COVID. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing a deep clean or regular cleaning service.

Had a great experience, from setting up the appointment from the people in the office and the cleaning team. Both Kaitlin and Kyrstin did a fantastic job on time and made the place spotless. Would recommend to anyone with a brain.

We asked MaidPro to come in and clean our new home so we wouldn’t have the dust and debris from construction. Connie and Chyenne were amazing- they were so attentive to details and went out of their way to communicate some problems that had been overlooked in the home. Scheduling with the Pros at MaidPro Denton was a breeze! I wanted to gift a cleaning to my friend and it was so much easier than I expected. Hannah, the manager, got the cleaning scheduled for the same week I called. Kaitlin and Brian, the cleaning pros, did an AMAZING job! My friend was so pleased with the surprise and was so so happy to have such a clean house. Would definitely recommend the crew at MaidPro to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the Denton area.

So grateful for a monthly clean that I don't have to worry about scheduling each month! They send a reminder email so you don't forget when your maid is going to show up (usually about 3 days ahead of your appointment). I've had to reschedule a couple times and Hannah always makes it work and is so friendly through email.

They were so understanding when we took a pause in 2020 due to COVID and we never felt rushed to start back up. That said, maids are still wearing masks to their appointments, which is so appreciated!

We've had Lyndsey quite a few times and she does a great job – please keep sending her to us!

My husband and I have been with MaidPro since January and so far we are very happy. Chyenne and Connie are the team most recently at our house and they are very thorough and professional and good at communicating if there is a question or issue. Before Chyenne & Connie, we also had a great experience with Brian & Liberty. Overall the teams MaidPro sends seem to be top notch.

We came to MaidPro after our regular housekeeping service of years went out of business & our standard was very high, but we’ve been very pleased.

This place was amazing! They answered my questions quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. The ladies, Cheyenne and Connie, that came out were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time (even a little early) and were nothing but pleasant and professional and kept me updated. They did a fantastic job on the office - we were doing a move out cleaning. It looks fantastic. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Cheyenne and Chloe did an amazing job cleaning specific rooms/areas that I had requested. They were both very polite and kind, and worked quickly.

It's hard for me to keep up with cleaning due to health issues, so I hired MaidPro as a lil help. It was a HUGE help, didn't realize how messy my house was until they were done. Even the air felt cleaner, I'm so happy with the results! Definitely sticking with this service.

MaidPro is a great cleaning company to use! I had them clean two of our residential properties for a tenant swap. Brian, Cheyenne, and Connie were the crew that worked on these properties and they did a FANTASTIC job. Both units looked spotless after they were finished up and each team member worked with professionalism and respect. We will definitely be using MaidPro for our cleaning needs in the future!

Maid Pro was scheduled to deep clean our house for the first time. I called more than 24 hours in advance to cancel because I had just found out I was positive for the flu. I was told my credit card would still be charged for the cleaning because it's a 48 hour cancellation policy. I asked if they really wanted to get the flu by coming and she said no. But I guess too bad for me because I didn't know 12 hours sooner that I had the flu. I was also unaware of their 48 hour cancellation policy or I never would have called them to set up an appointment. If the first appointment had gone well, they would have had me as a regular. Now they've lost a customer. Was it really worth treating a first-time customer that way, Maid Pro?

From initial communication, estimates and cleaning completed, Maid Pro was wonderful! Hannah is kind and responsive and the setup was easy! I have had issues with other services in the past, and I'm thrilled with Maid Pro's first cleaning of my home. Chyenne and Connie were nice, timely on arrival, and professional in my home. They were efficient and did great work! I have additional services setup and I'm looking forward to it! Thank you all!

Maidpro services our office once a week. They have gone through a period where we were getting different people to service us every week but now we have a couple of great regular Maidpro associates that come to service our facility most of the time. Thank you Paige and Nia for always doing a great job and being so friendly when you come to work at our place of business. Your hard work and great attitudes make a difference!

Amazing cleaning team delivering phenomenal results! I chose MaidPro Denton to clean my Mother's home in a regular basis. Hanna was amazing to work with you set up the service. The MaidPro cleaning team, Nia and Caleb, not only did an amazing job deep cleaning my Mom's house (first time deep clean) but they were very kind and professional with my Mom and Step Dad during the cleaning. Very very pleased! Brian and Tonya did an amazing job cleaning our home for a first visit. With our newborn and 3 dogs it made the cleaning difficult but often. But they did amazing and hope to see them back weekly! Thanks again!!

Today,Avery,and Bailey,with MaidPro cleaned our home, they did a great job, dusting every where including the ceiling fan blades, and blinds, I gave both of them 5 stars. They vacuum, sweep the floor, then mopped their way out. I have used MaidPro for a couple of years.

Caleb & Nia cleaned my house, and they did a superb job!! They had a 49 Point Checklist to show that nothing was accidentally missed. I was delayed getting back from a business trip, so I wasn’t there to get stuff out of their way before they arrived. They tidied and cleaned! How nice to have a completely clean home in one day!
