Tech David showed up about 15 minutes after I requested an emergency repair. He was kind, competent, and professional. He completed repair of the sink and AC pipes in a timely manner. Extra kudos to David because our AC unit was out so David was sweating and his clothes got soaked (sorry David). Great experience.

Garrick was very professional, personable and did great work. No mess, explained issues and resolution very clearly and got us taken care of with a new water heater. Very well done and will continue to use Christmas because of techs like Garrick.

Heater/AC maintenance checkup. Technician was prompt, curteous, and friendly. Services were explained thoroughly and performed in a timely manner. We have been using Barts/Christmas for years and are very happy with their quality of work and knowledgeable technicians.

For starters, the technicians arrived between the time that I was told they would arrive. The service technician, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful. he got the cool air going today for a good price and I felt good about the service I received so I asked for a quote for an entire unit replacement.

These folks are awesome! Always look forward to seeing Bill’s smiling face when he comes to do our bi-yearly service. Always friendly, never pushy, great with advice. Highly recommend!!

Kaileb arrived early and assessed the issues with my HVAC quickly. He did a great job of explaining how everything worked. I especially liked that he took pictures of the issues while he was explaining what was wrong. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Christmas Air has always done a great job of fixing my AC quickly. Got a fan motor ordered and replaced on my outside unit that had gone out. Craig was awesome. They are honest, friendly, and fair. Thanks guys!

David did a great job not just upgrading our water heaters but also explaining options avbl and why certain work needed to be performed to bring water heaters up to code and be more efficient. Very impressed and will most definitely recommend Christmas to friends and family.

David was very informative while replacing our hot water heater. Took the time to explain the changes that were required from the town. Good experience we are replacing our second water heater tomorrow.

Braulio Meraz and Kaileb Stiles were fantastic. They came over to replace a drip pan, which they were very quick and knowledgeable about, but stayed to help me clear out some drip lines. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

After another plumbing company came out and couldn’t locate the leak we were having, David came in and quickly identified the problem. David was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you need a plumber who will actually solve your problem, David is the guy.

During routine maintenance and filter change for HVAC systems, we were alerted to the need for sediment traps on furnace gas lines, which are now a code requirement. These were installed and we are now in compliance. Quick, friendly, timely and skilled professional service.

Garrick was professional and friendly and very easy to talk too. He installed a new shower head, faucet and spout to my master bath. It looks great and I can't wait to use it. Sr. Tech Keith P. did a fantastic job of going through our systems during our semi-annual check which coincided within days after we had a damaging lightning strike that fried GDO, irrigation controller lines, lights & switches throughout house, routers & switches, microwave and more. We are confident of Keith’s findings and comfortable that our systems are in prime condition. Keith was very professional, very knowledgeable and very comfortable to communicate with. Great job!

Just moved to the area, so glad Christmas Air was recommended to us.
We had the semi annual HVAC inspection done on the furnace.
Keith Powell is one of the best tech I have ever dealt with. There was a wiring issue that was resolved quickly. We will continue to use Christmas Air for all our HVAC needs and I hope Keith will always be our technician.
