Cannot speak highly enough of this team. They showed up on time prepared with professional equipment and did a professional job. I was very impressed, it’s hard to find good help like this in our area. If you need work done more done correctly, call them.

My daughters house had a mystery electrical problem, and these young gentlemen came in and went through everything painstakingly locating the problems and fixing them. We had tried a different electrician first and they failed horribly. I’ll never use anyone but these guys.

I had appointment with them, they canceled. We rescheduled. They were no call no show. Very upset took day off of work. Lost money. What a way to run a business. Proceed with caution if you are considering doing business with this company. Makes one concerned how your business dealing with them will finalize. Will they complete the job? Will it be done correctly? Such a gamble for ones hard earned money. He responded to my review and edited our communication
to cover unprofessionaism and respond to my post. he sent txt at 10:53 regarding appointment. I responded at 11:06 ready and waiting. At 1:34 I sent txt what your E.T.A and never a response until my review 48 hrs later He says he canceled because I didn't respond fast enough, because I was taking care of special needs clients, he txt me,after my initial review, and said because I didn't respond in his time frame. He kicked me to the curb on our appointment. I have txt records of the truthfulness in this review. Bottom line an appointment is as it is meant to be by both parties. Now we have altering communication to justify his unprofessionalism. Now with editing time frame of communication in public forum. I stand in my position on the unprofessionalism Proceed with caution on a business venture.

Correction to his reply missing vital time teply of 12 minites verses 2.5 hrs as he staes. Even if there was no o reply an appointmennt isvan appointment.

Really can't say enough about David and Mayson, too. Very courteous, hard working; they did not stop once the entire time they were here, which was about 3 or more hours. Attic, light fixtures, everything inside and out. They even came back next day, and confirmed their findings.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They even fixed the ceiling fan in the bedroom. They removed all fixtures, and put them back up tightly. Before, it was wobbly.

Thanks so much for your communication before and after, David! I'm sure this old house will need more help.

Best customer service and quality work being done! Communication was effective and clear! They scheduled an appt and he confirmed said appt prior to coming, which was a helpful reminder to me! They came and did the work right on time as he had scheduled and communicated what was done afterward and what the next steps we needed to take were! Top notch business who I would recommend to anyone!

I do not recommend 903 Electric.

In early January, my wife contacted 903 Electric for an estimate to run permanent electricity to our greenhouse and chicken coop (we are currently using extension cords), repair soffit lights, fix gate light wiring that had been accidentally run over, install dimmer switches in several rooms, add a dawn-to-dusk switch, and install fan/light fixtures in both the greenhouse and coop (which we had already purchased for nearly $400).

I recently suffered a stroke and am unable to do physical work. We live on 21 acres in the country, and it has been very difficult for my wife to manage everything herself — especially going out in freezing weather to reset breakers when the extension cords trip. Getting this electrical work done was important for safety and to ease the workload on her.

After the initial visit, my wife was told she would receive the estimate the next day. She did not. After several days, she followed up and was told it had been sent (it hadn’t), and that it would be resent. When she finally received it — for $5,000 — she signed and returned it immediately because we wanted to get on the schedule as soon as possible.

A week went by and she heard nothing. When she called to follow up, he acted as though he didn’t know who she was. After reminding him, he said he was “ironing some things out” and would let her know about scheduling the following week. She asked for a specific date within a day or two. He said he would get back to her — and never did.

By the third week of January, we were facing a major winter storm with ice in the forecast. At that point, he informed my wife that a commercial contract from a year ago had suddenly been accepted and that he needed to prioritize that job. He said if he left that job, he would be fined. It felt like our signed contract simply didn’t matter.

The conversation then shifted to him explaining that he was the sole provider for his family and had to prioritize what he felt were more urgent jobs. We understand everyone has responsibilities. However, we also had a signed agreement, and my wife was left feeling dismissed and pushed aside.

The entire experience felt unprofessional — poor communication, lack of follow-through, and ultimately being left without any clear resolution. He never reached back out to reschedule or make it right.

We had additional future projects planned on our property, including a small campsite development, which would have meant more electrical work and referrals. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

    This was our experience.

I hired 903 Electric in early January to run permanent power to my greenhouse and chicken coop (which were temporarily running on extension cords), repair damaged gate light wiring, fix a soffit light, and install seven dimmer switches. The owner came out quickly, spent about an hour reviewing everything, and said he would send the estimate the next day.

    He didn’t.

After several days I had to follow up. When I called, he acted like he didn’t remember me. Later that day he finally sent the $5,000 estimate. I immediately signed and accepted it.

    That’s when the excuses started.

A week went by with no schedule. I reached out. I was told I’d be put on the schedule “next week.” I asked for a specific day and time. He said he’d “iron things out” and get back to me. He never did.

When I followed up again, I was told a commercial job had suddenly accepted his estimate from a year ago and that he had to prioritize that. Then a storm was mentioned and I was told other people were more “urgent.” He stated that since I “appeared to already have power” and just wanted something “more permanent,” my project wasn’t urgent.

Let’s be clear — I was trying to replace extension cords running heaters and fans with proper, safe wiring. That is not a cosmetic upgrade.

In his own messages he admitted he “could’ve communicated better” and that he was prioritizing based on what his “conscience feels as most urgent.” He also explained he could be fined on the commercial job and is the sole provider for his family — essentially confirming that my signed $5,000 job was pushed aside for a larger contract.

Emergencies happen. Storms happen. But once you send an estimate, have it signed, and accept the job, you don’t disappear, fail to schedule it, and then decide it isn’t important enough.

In the end, he couldn’t even guarantee when he personally could do the work and suggested handing it off to someone else.

If your project isn’t big or commercial, don’t expect to be a priority — even after you’ve signed the estimate.
