Griffin Electric Group came through and put new sockets around my mama house. It had been an issue for a minute. They came and identified the problem and took care quick! Extremely knowledgeable and quick service. We are greatly appreciative! Thanx Chris!

Griffin Electrical Group installed electricity to our Pool Shed. From the first day onsite until the final day, Chris showed up on time and was always professional. He provided out of the box ideas on how to get electricity to our structure that was more than 100 feet away from the breaker to our house. Also to keep cost at a minimum and not hire additional contractors, Chris dug about 50 feet to install the ground wiring. Chris partnered with our pool builders and they worked in tandem to deliver a final product that was more than what we expected. Chris will forever be our electric guy.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer and the dryer panel kept reading NP error (the dryer wasn't connecting properly per the manual). I even had another new dryer delivered to replace the one I had bought less than 2 weeks before and again the same problem. Finally I googled electrians near me and I read the few reviews online for Griffin Electrical and I decided to call and I spoke with Chris. I attempted to explain the issue I was having, we set up an appointment and I sent him a few photos of the outlet and cord. He was prompt and professional. Chris fixed the problem and I highly recommend Griffin Electrical LLC to anyone for electrical issues.

Needed a refrigerator fuse replaced in my electrical panel on short notice. JET showed within an hour had it replaced for a reasonable amount. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Jay did all the work as promised on schedule which included rewiring throughout the property, light fixtures, upgrading of electric panels and hanging ceiling fans. Jet Electrical is an unprofessional business that should not be utilized for your electrical repairs.
This company accepted a job from my home warranty company and never showed. They gave 3 different delivery windows for 3 days and never showed for any. On top of that the electrician Eric was very rude and incompetent and would not tell us the status of how close he was to coming to our house.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Save the headache and get better customer service and an overall experience.

I had a 100 year old property that needed to be rewired along with a service upgrade. This organization was able to exceed my expectations and create additional value to my property in a timely manner. They are very methodical in their approach and the cost was very competitive.

We had a breaker box that needed service and JET Electric was fast on the scene. Jay and his team of electricians are easy to work with and very knowledgable and got our house back to normal in no time. I have already referred them to several of my neighbors, highly recommended!

I needed help replacing a bad breaker for my range. Scheduling process went fine. Electrician (Jay) shows up with his dog. Ties the dog to my boat and allows it to urinate on my weight bench and various objects in my garage. Dog barked the entire time. I could barely understand a word he said over the sound of the dog barking. He didn't come prepared. He had no breaker to replace the one I needed. Instead of replacing the 50amp breaker with a new one, he moved my range circuit to an open 30amp breaker. I have had to get another electrician to come and correct his mistakes. I would not recommend him to anyone. Highly unprofessional. He left me with more problems to solve and he was over priced. If i could leave a zero star review I would.
