The service was excellent. Eilo went above and beyond, which was great, however I do feel the price I paid is a little over priced compared to other service tech I've used. But over all the service was great.

My repair guy was great, professional, and knowledgeable. He repaired the issue quickly and spent additional time validating the other sprinkler zones were working correctly. I will definitely call them again for repairs.

Today Sergio from Elite Sprinkler Repair & Installation came to my home. This young man was patient, thorough and understanding. He took the time to explain the difference in the various sprinklers I inquires about and the pros and cons of the decisions I needed to make. He took his time, got wet repeatedly, muddy feet… he was off the chain in Jesus name! I wish I had a daughter to marry this fine a young man! Whomever raised him did a fine job. I recently had issues with my home sprinkler system. I called Elite Sprinkler Repair and asked for someone to come out and give us estimate. Elio and Edward came out and Elio checked out the system and found out what needed to be done, and explained everything to us. These guys were professional and very respectful. Amazing work. We live in Arlington. The team was prompt in arrival, fast in diagnosis (I had a bad valve which was disabling the entire system), swift in resolution and very thoughtful in their explanation of my system. They took time to share best practices for watering my yard, and set the sytem to function appropriately. Decent price for the issue I was facing, which is appreciated. Could not recommend more.

The service provided from Elite Sprinkler was excellent. The tech arrived within the scheduled time frame. He assessed the irrigation system, noting the issues that had me to seek their service, while noting other issues. Everything noted was explained in to me in laymen's terms by the tech, which allowed me the opportunity to make informed decisions.
