UPDATE!!! I finally received a reply from the company regarding my complaint. They asked for me to contact them to see if they could make things right. I reached out and we traded a few emails back and forth. I was offered a free cleaning (which would not be free because I never received the first a cleaning service). I notified him that I no longer live in Dallas and I haven’t heard from him again! Worst cleaning company ever!!!
DO NOT use this company if you want your house cleaned!!! I paid $359.66 for a move out cleaning. They never cleaned my house! I believe they thought that I wouldn't check to see if they cleaned the house since all of the furniture was moved out. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and in order to get me to close the case they promised me a refund. I have yet to receive my refund it has been a month and a half. I am going to file another complaint with the BBB a the Texas Attorney General - Consumer Protection Bureau.
