The entire time I was on the phone with this guy he was an "ASSWHOLE"!
Infact, instead of trying to help me find the leak which was on my second floor, his exact response to me was "You need to call one of those multimillion dollar companies that will help you find the leak."

He was no help whatsoever! Guys like this one need to be out of business versus serving the community. Also I have the entire recording if he should even attempt to dispute it.

Mr. Norman was responsive considering it was an after hours call. Even though it was after hours, he showed up to my home with a smile and his customer service skills were top notch. He was able to diagnose my problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. I had a water line break in my front yard causing water to run out of underneath my retaining wall. I couldn't tell where the break was so I called Carl. He came out and found the leak in short order for me and charged me a fair price. I am thankful for the quick response, the successful leak detective work and the fair price. I'll be keeping his number on my fridge for the next time I need a plumber.

Wow... they were here for 5 minutes, literally, and charge $125 to show up. That is the most expensive "trip charge" I have ever heard of. I called them back and they won't even pick up the phone. Not only will I never use them again, I will make sure to let everyone I know to choose ANYONE else. There are 1000 better options than these guys.

ps... they don't even accept credit cards!

I just want to thank Eric for coming out and fixing my busted water line!! After 3 days of no water, an infant in the house and getting the run around from other "Top name" plumbing companies, Eric with Cartis plumbing was the only one to come thru and do the job 🙏 Thank you Eric!!! You were quick and did a great job for a very reasonable price!!

Definitely choose another plumbing service if you can. The main person communicating is short and needs to improve communication and customer service skills. I will not be using their services again.

They came out to take some pictures of our water heater and said they would be giving us a follow up call.. weeks went by with no call so I finally had to call them . They answered the phone very unprofessional and rude just asking what I wanted and that they had no idea of anyone coming out and would supposedly get back with me for more information which I doubt.

They were the ones who had installed our water heater and now it’s rusted in less then a year so they obviously did something wrong and need to come repair it.

I would like to commend Eric and Adam on the fantastic job they did working on my water heater! Eric and Adam had a positive attitude the entire time and were very helpful in their suggestions on how my water heater could be more efficient. If I have any plumbing needs in the future I will call Carti's Plumbing and ask for Eric and Adam by name.

Mr. Clayton is very unprofessional and we have been asking for a receipt for weeks and still cannot get one!!!

Mr Clayton is a crook. Stole money and left. Notice how clayton reviews himself. Notice how this gets no reply from the company!! Avoid at all costs. Cost me $1000's

Said he fixed the gas pipe he didn't . Could have caused a fire. Wouldn't hire him to cut the grass. A poor plumber.......

You are a hack of a plumber I sent you a video of the gas line in question with it blowing bubbles after sprayed with soap water. Its gas michael Clayton you could have killed are injured someone...

Clayton absolutely saved the day. Repaired both my business and home. Would recommend him for any job and i feel like i finally have a honest, highly skilled plumber when needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond!!!!!!!!!
