We just finished having a new roof installed by Max Exteriors and are extremely pleased from start to finish. Angel knocked on our door after the hail storm. He determined we needed a new roof. Our insurance company denied us at first. Angel was persistent and asked for another inspection. That time it was approved. Angel took care of every step with the insurance company. That was wonderful. The cleanup after the roof was meticulously done. Angel is very professional, courteous, and thorough. We liked this company so much they are going to replace our old tub with a new walk-in shower. This company is our new professional contractor! Judy H.

I used this company after the hail storm damaged our roof. They worked with my insurance company and and the claim was approved right away. They were also able to complete a number of other home improvement projects that I wanted done.
- Roof Repair - They came day they were scheduled and was able to complete the new roof the same day and it looks great. No leaks found after the recent rains. They removed/reinstalled my solar panels in a timely manner with no damage to them. A roof that I can proud of.
- Gutters - After the roof repair, I had them add new gutters around my house. They also look great.
- Fencing - They repaired a couple of sections of my fencing and stained it. It looks very good and should last for many years to come. Great job.
- Windows - They replaced two windows plus a number of screens damaged by the hail. They are looking great.

Over all, the person overseeing my projects Juan was very friendly, kept me updated on the scheduling and responsive to my test messages. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I would give them 6 stars if I could as I am very pleased with all the work that was done for a good price. I will calling them again in a few months when I get ready to my next set of home improvement projects.

Pablo treated me like family and gave me the absolute best service I could ask for. Anytime I had a question he was there to pick up my phone call day and night. My truck came out just like it did when I left the dealership. Couldn’t ask for better service from Max Exteriors! Ask for Pablo!

I want to start by saying: I did not do business with this company — and here’s why.

It was 6 PM on a Friday when my boyfriend and I were startled by someone knocking very aggressively on our back door. Not the front door. A young man named Diego had walked through our yard and approached the back of our house like he owned the place — knocking like the police to try and sell us services.

This company’s representative didn’t just cross a boundary — he walked right past it. I understand door-to-door sales, but back door to back door? That’s a complete invasion of privacy.

I didn’t work with this company, and I never will — not because of the service itself, but because of how they chose to approach potential customers. That level of intrusion tells me everything I need to know about how they do business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

These are the done photos of my roof after the hail storm. The company is now trying to come after me for additional money they requested from my insurance when they didn't even do the repairs they claimed with my insurance. Company employees even agree that they ruined my roof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I even let them come back to look at it to make it right and all I get is my boss says no tlits too much money for them to fix it. So if this is the work you want done and treatment you like, there are your people. But if you want someone professional go elsewhere

Andres was AMAZING from start to finish! He stayed on top of my insurance when they dropped the ball and dragged their feet for over a month. He kept an open line of communication with me the whole time and when they came to put on the roof this morning his crew was absolutely awesome making sure no nails or trash was left behind. Very polite and patient. Highly recommend this company!

I have to leave a 5 star because they give 5 star quality. There was a leak in my new roof and they HONORED their job. Not many people do that these days. But they did. And came out on a SUNDAY afternoon to fix it. They repaired the ceiling and they repaired the roof. They are cool people. And I recommend Max Exteriors to anyone looking for roof work. I recommended them to a friend of mine and they fixed him up too. A+ on ethics and very quick to return phone calls.

Max Exteriors are the best we could have ever hoped for. We interviewed tons of roofers who came to our home after a hailstorm. These were the only people who never talked money. We never felt pressured and Jerimiah held our hand through the whole insurance process. To top it off, I have called several times over the past the past few weeks and Jerimiah is always available for questions. He even went over all the insurance paperwork with us. He does exactly what he says he will do, he takes care of you! I waited for 2 weeks with broken windows and garage door. The day after Jerimiah showed up new windows and garage door was installed. Roof came just a few days later. The roof was off and on same day and I couldn’t believe the quality of work. Just spoke with him on the remaining items such as gutter/fence and this man is on it. All of this before we even received the insurance check. He is a godsend and I’m so thankful to have him in my corner. Thank you Jerimiah and anyone who is skeptical on who to choose, I can tell you that Jeremiah/Max Exteriors is the only company I will ever want to do work for me again.

I searched so hard to find a trustworthy roofing company in Dallas. And after many estimates and meetings with companies. We chose Max Exteriors! They’re local and provided a great estimate. We love our new roof! I highly recommend!

Max Exteriors is an Amazing Company, very honest and do a great job. They replaced our roof, gutters, fence and garage door after the hail storm in Anna. They came out and worked with us when a time was good for us. Got everything done within a couple of weeks, plus went above and beyond what a contractor should do. I called Hester roofing at 1pm the Friday before Christmas, hoping they could help me do a quick repair of some shingles that had blown off my roof due to high winds that day. Not only did Alan take time out of his weekend to come fix the roof on a Saturday, but he also fixed the flashings that had come up, and glued down all the loose shingles he saw. Alan and Hester roofing went above and beyond to make sure my roof was water tight before the holidays. Professional, communicative and willing to get the job done even on a holiday weekend, made it a great experience to work with them and I will be using Hester roofing for any future repairs.
