HVAC reviews in Devine, Texas

Excellent service and employees! Everyone they have sent to my house has been incredibly respectful and communicative, but Hector truly went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for his help with a frustrating situation and the timely response. I will absolutely call them with any future needs. Small company with a big heart for their community, you couldn't ask for more!

Fast, friendly, professional service!!! Provided an honest assessment and recommendation. Will continue to do business with Subzero in the future.

Mike went above and beyond with amazing customer service when our HVAC gave out on us. He offered multiple options and explained them all thoroughly. He checked on progress while he was out of town as well. His crew was professional, courteous, and efficient! They even helped me carry in my grocery order while they were here. Support this small town business, you won’t regret it!

Exceptional professionalism, friendliness & attention to detail. Very knowledgeable about what was agreed to in the call for service and adjusted price accordingly. Highly recommend!!

A/C was not cooling. Repairman Hector Hurtado put in more freon with a follow-up diagnostic visit 2 weeks later. He plans a return visit to recheck for possible leak. Unit seems to be working fine at this time. I am a recent widow, so I do not know the price of these things. Husband always took care of this kind of stuff. Like the car....

I called late in the evening after I got home, had an issue with my AC. I wasn’t sure if someone would come out but Jesse showed up at 8:30 pm and got me going.
Jesse is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing.
I have used Sub Zero in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The Sub Zero team is fantastic. Jack came to our home within an hour of my initial call. Extremely professional and courteous. Parts and labor were beyond reasonable! Thank you Mike and Jack!

The only company I use! They show up when they say they will, fix what needs fixing, and keep things simple. Easy people to deal with, great team of individuals and the work is always solid.

The team responded to our request with very short delays and helped resolve the issue we experienced with our Freezers and AC systems. Great team members to work with.

I have been using Sub Zero for over 15 years. They never disappoint. The quality work and guarantee that they stand by their work is unsurpassed. I will never call another A/C company!

Twas the night before summer, and all through the house it was hot as all get out, a real bummer no doubt. As we all sat nestled next to the window, waiting for a breeze all of a sudden we went “whoa!” There was a tip tap upon the rooftop, a click clack from the attic and the vents went whew. Was it Santa who bought Christmas? No! It was Hector and crew!

Hector and his team at Sub Zero installed a whole new system for my house, and it was perfect. The ducting was well planned, and the system was sized perfectly for our home. They worked fast and thorough and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend these guys!

We have always used SubZero and that is 100% because of Hector! He is always incredibly responsive and we know he will take care of the issue and charge us a fair price! The company offers great financing plans as well and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family! FIVE STARS!!!!

My AC went out last night and this company came highly recommended. They called me as soon as they opened and had a technician out by 9ish am.

I wish I could remember his name, he was so professional and kind. He even climbed my elderly neighbors roof to help us save a kitten that got up there!!!! Above and beyond!!! He even took the time to answer my questions, listen to my explanations, and show me what was wrong and how he fixed it 🖤💜🖤 To me their prices are also reasonable!! They are my new HVAC peeps 🖤💜🖤

Your service was ultimate and very respectful and very helpful. Y’all were able to fix the other company’s errors without hassles and very honest. I highly recommend your service to anyone looking for the best team out there. Thank for a great deal and I’m glad I came across your company.

Very professional quick and quality work. Replaced inside and outside units in a timely manner. Would use and recommend Subzero for all your ac work. Mike is very helpful.

Very professional! Came and fixed my AC on a holiday weekend, was efficient and the repairs were done fast! He knew his stuff! The office rep was also knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Excellent company to rely on when you need them most.

Mike and his team at Subzero are top notch. I have used for the last few years now. I recommend him and his team for anything and have the highest confidence in them.

Quick response outside of business hours and delivered even on a weekend. Tech showed up on the time promise. Service truck had the parts to fix same day of call instead of putting it as a “tomorrow’s problem” small things like that make it a difference.

Jesse (Tech guy) was courteous when he called to advise of his arrival.
I explained to him what I had done, and Jesse went straight to to source and identified the problem.
Thanks for the Great job!

This company is awesome!! We recently had another company and they were aweful! Subzero was our in less than an hour and their customer service is amazing! Gabriel the technician was friendly knowledgeable and honest! He explained everything in detail and had report for us in less then 2 hrs to submit to our adjuster. We can’t wait for our a/c to be repaired by subzero.

Our service by Sub Zero was extremely professional and the installation went smoothly. I highly recommend their services
The back office was also very friendly and and answered all my questions.
