Miguel is highly professional and customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond to get a job done. Miguel was over to diagnostic my LG refrigerator for no cooling symptoms. It was determined bad compressor and went getting a warranty replacement. After replacing the compressor, the refrigerator doesn't cool down to the temperature setting point. I informed him, he came to update the software on the main board and added more refrigerant. My LG refrigerator is now working very good and making ice as it should. He is highly recommended. Miguel, you are rock.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received with Gearhead. I had a washing machine that needed repair through a Lowe’s Extended Warranty. One company was supposed to come twice but did not show up. Another company was supposed to come and also didn’t show up. Gearhead, on the other hand, not only showed up, but called me the very next day to let me know they had availability a day earlier. Miguel came and fixed the washer in no time. I also needed to replace a broken agitator. Miguel ordered the part and delivered it a couple of days later. From now on when I need an appliance repaired through Lowe’s warranty this is the company I will request. Miguel was thorough, professional, and kind.
