These guys were at my house before I could even get my insurance company on the phone! First, know where your water cutoff is! A pipe broke in my attic and flooded half house- even though I shut the water off immediately. They advised on all the steps necessary and how to deal with insurance. Within an hour of the water damage, they started cleanup and drying process. I went from being at a complete loss on how to deal with this, to complete peace-of-mind. Thanks guys!

Tony, Chris & David with Rainbow International just completed the water mitigation in my home after an a/c drain line failed and flooded 3 rooms of my home. The 1st nameless Restoration company my insurance company sent out was shady (at best) and made me feel so uncomfortable I had to ask them to leave my home. We thankfully called in the team at Rainbow International of Dickinson to assist us with our home that had received water damage due to the unprecedented freezing weather, which caused several pipes to burst, because of the power outages in February of 2021.

Had extensive damage to our home from a busted pipe. Rainbow came in that very day. Everyone was so helpful and informative, they guided us through the whole process. They gave us peace of mind and came quick enough to save our home from further damage. Extremely thankful for them and their hard work.

Chris and his team were awesome and made an otherwise unpleasant experience more bearable when we reached out to them for help after we came home from work to find water pouring out of our front door as a result of a reducer that failed on our whole house water system. The team was professional and helpful as well as reassuring throughout the process from handling the contract and work scope, removal of all wet materials, installing equipment to extract the water, and documenting all aspects of the water mitigation process until the house was dried out.

We had a devastating leak that got under our wood floors and spread throughout the subfloor. Rainbow was fast on remediation, provided great customer service and a referral for a GC who was equally on par with the quality, customer service, and urgency. Our primary contact was Nick. Rainbow International in Dickinson did an amazing job for one of my clients. We had to have the attic cleaned of rat droppings, etc before the house could close the next day. They sent someone out immediately that evening to see the attic and came back early the next morning to clean the attic so that we were able to close on the sale by 2:00. They gave us a very good price even though it was an urgent situation and they were very prompt, courteous and professional. They do a fantastic job cleaning the attic. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my clients.

I have worked with many contractors over the last few years on various projects. When Chris from Rainbow International of dickinson came over to provide an estimate, I was surprised to see that he wanted to resolve my issue in a systematic manner and not just try to make money quickly and move on ( which is what I had unfortunately experienced repeatedly with other contractors). His crew was on time every time, worked around my schedule, walked me through the project and explained every thing in detail and provided a fair price. We had a water leak in the house,damaging the flooring & sheetrock by the washer. Rainbow Int. was quick to respond & set up mitigation equipment right away. Someone checked on us every day the equipment was there. Chris(from Rainbow) was there when the insurance adjuster came out. He communicated effectively with the adjuster. The contractor completing repairs(Mike) was fantastic. I never leave the home with work being done, but I was able to do so with him(without worries). The floor is in place & we are pleased.Thank you!

I have used Rainbow personally and for my clients. I have been very pleased with their work, their professionalism and that they just work so hard to satisfy their customers!
I called Rainbow in for an evaluation on a possible mold issue for a home my clients were purchasing. Chris spent over 2 hours in the home checking every wall! He found the entire south wall of the home my clients were purchasing had moisture in every room and both floors of the south side of the home. After much inspecrion, he concluded it would need full remediation and other areas checked as well. The cost for the full remediation and then renovation would have been close to $600,000. Chris saved my clients from this nightmare. He also worked all night to get numbers to me because I was under a time constraint.

Chris with Rainbow of Dickinson was great. We had a toilet flood part of the ground level of our house and were referred to Rainbow of Dickinson by our insurance company. After the mitigation and clean up we were very satisfied/impressed with their knowledge, work, and handling of the situation. Because of this we opted to use Rainbow for the restoration process and even a couple of extra projects as well. Once again very happy. Chris and the team that handled the services needed in our home were a breath of fresh air. When you discover a significant amount of water damage in your home things can get stressful, quickly. But Chris explained and prepared us for what this process would look like. He answered all questions and didn't rush through the initial walk through.
