These guys are amazing. Came out late one night had to come back a second day and spent a long time being sure the issue was completely fixed before they left. They have great pricing and I am so very appreciative for all they did for me.

Came out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue as a leak from the water heater pan and stopped the bleeding. Came in next morning with an install of a new water heater! Price was similar to other company which wouldn’t have come out for 2 days.

Kyle Urban from Zoom Drain really went above and beyond to help us out over the weekend… he arrived on the same day I called, advised me when they were about to arrive and fixed our problem very efficiently. He even returned to fix a leak and replace the PTrap we found even after he had already left the job.
He did a GREAT job for us - professional, fast, friendly and the issue was resolved. Thanks again Kyle, very much appreciated!

Kale is a great technician, he did an awesome job repairing my garbage disposal and correcting a previous bad work. Kyle immediately recognizes the problem he corrected and fixed everything. I highly recommend him. Zoom Drain is very lucky to have him as a part of their staff.

Zoom Drain provided prompt, professional plumbing services. They were thorough in their investigation of the issue and worked to resolve it completely. The finished work looked great, doing more than I was expecting. They were careful to leave a clean worksite. Very personable.

We called 4 other plumbing companies and these guys were awesome. They had the right equipment and were very knowledgeable. It was an after hours and overnight emergency and they showed up with a positive attitude and did not leave until the issue was resolved. They have a customer in me for life.

Yesterday I had never heard of HVAC slime. Then it clogged my bathroom drain and flooded my bedroom. Tommy showed up on a Saturday evening to clean this disaster up. He did a fantastic job and taught me about maintaining my HVAC lines going forward. Five stars!

I can’t say enough, how pleased I was with picking Zoom Drain and working with them. Late Saturday night I had issues. And these guys walked me through how to turn off my water at the street since my shut off valve was as not working. They then made it out first thing Sunday and got me up and running at a very fair price! They were very respectful and kind. They talked to me and taught me things that will help me as a solo home owner in the future. I WILL come back to them in the future and I will recommend them anytime a neighbor/coworker asks.

Update: had them come back to do one more fix and they once again nailed it! Worked late into the evening in the rain but got me back together. My old house has its share of issues and does not make it easy to update with the times but they are doing an amazing job getting me there.

I was very happy with the work performed by Zoom at my house. They arrived quickly when I called and successfully completed the repair. They had a thankless job of digging up and locating the pipe in my yard that was leaking and did an excellent job repairing the leak. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

They have me a fair price and had everything fixer within an hour. Scott was super. He explained everything, all options, and patiently answered all my questions. I will definitely use then again

I called to see how much for the estimate and it was free which was nice, they cleared a clogged drain i had very fast and were easy to work with. He knew his stuff and got the job done. From the time i called to get a quote to them leaving my house having fixed the issue was around an hour maybe a little more. Very fast response and repair time. I will recommend to friends and family in the future.

We were having issues with toilets being clogged and my wife's sink. Turns out having a 4 yr old can be both adventurous and costly as they like to stick things down the drain! Regardless Doug came in and diagnosed the issue and quickly repaired everything. Now we are back up and running thanks to Doug. He did a great job explaining everything and knocked it out of the park. Thanks Zoom and Doug!

I've had work done by Thomas, Tommy, Camden, Kyle, and Scott. They've all been very knowledgeable, professional, polite, honest, and they didn't try to push unnecessary costs. They laid out my options clearly and adapted quickly when they encountered surprises in my pipes. They'll be my plumbers for life.

Mr. Gallagher was kind, courteous, and professional. They came out quickly to fix our toilet, and did not charge extra for the weekend visit so I didn't have to miss work. He communicated via photos throughout the process so that I was in the loop every step of the way. 10/10 recommended Zoom Drain. Tommy, you earned yourself a lifetime Customer. The team provided good communication throughout. Work was done timely with as little mess as possible (they had to replace a section of our main drain). Their price was very fair, and they willingly provided proof of insurance when I requested it. Highly recommend this firm.

Had a clogged drain that would not resolve with anything I tried. Called Zoom Drain. They were prompt in response. They diagnosed the issue and made sure I understood options. We had a wonderful experience with Zoom Drain. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with our plumbing issue. We thought we had a simple clog, but it turned out to be a major clog. The employees at Zoom Drain spent a great deal of time and were able to unclog the drain. I give them 5 stars and will recommend them to everyone i know with plumbing issues.
