Reviews of local pros in Dickinson, Texas

Josh was great to work with from start to finish! He was quick to respond to all communications and provided a detailed quote promptly after our initial meeting. The Sharps team removed trees and redesigned our front flower bed. They also created a beautiful backyard landscape for us. The work was completed in a single day and we are thrilled with how the project turned out. We would definitely recommend this company to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Harrison and his crew as whole are awesome to work with , as a sub I have never had a more smooth and easy process though out the job which in turn insures a top notch result. Thank you BLT landscapes

Would absolutely recommend BLT Landscapes for any of your outdoor and garden needs! I contacted BLT to help refresh our front flower beds which were being taken over by weeds and half-dried out sago palms and shrubs we hadn't taken care of (read: disliked). They came by and came up with a plan to remove the 3 palms, shape the other existing plants, and install 6 drift roses, along with weeding, mulching, trimming trees, adding flagstones, and more. Communication with BLT was clear and prompt, and they took the time to answer any of my questions and provide recommendations. On the day of, the crew lead was also clear and explained everything to me, and even gave me some extra tips and tricks for managing weeds. You can tell that they know their stuff and that they really care about their work and what works best for your space, not just trying to make a sale. Even after the work was complete a couple days later, I received a text that they had stopped by and checked on the roses, and advised to water them for just a little longer given the recent weather. Recently contacted them again to take a look at our backyard and what we might be able to do there - and looking forward to working with them again!

Harrison and his crew did a great job. They trimmed my canary palm perfectly and did the Spring cleaning at my office and home. Crepe Myrtle trees and hedges were cut to specified height. I definitely will use them again!

Trying to get a landscaper shouldn’t be this hard. Reach out to them, get told they’d call me to schedule an estimate in an hour. 3 hours later I still haven’t heard anything, so I reach back out to them to see if I was still expecting a call from them. Get the whole “I’m sorry I’m super busy and behind” excuse. Finally set a date for an estimate, and it has to be postponed a day due to storms (which I completely understand). Next day, I sit and wait an hour past when they were supposed to arrive for the estimate. Reach out to them and they completely forgot about the estimate. Luckily they still came same day. Was told I would be getting a proposal for what I wanted completed within a week. On the day of the deadline they reach out to me and tell me that I should be receiving the proposal by the end of the day. Surprise surprise, the proposal didn’t come. The next day I reach out and was told once again I was forgotten about. When I finally received the proposal, it wasn’t even for what I wanted. It was extremely dumbed down and didn’t include the new stone edging that I requested. I would rather you tell me you can’t stick to the original time line than be lied to and tell me I still should be expecting a phone call/estimate/proposal on a certain day and then never follow through. Haven’t even received payment from me yet and you’re already casting me to the side? Can’t trust you to keep to a schedule or to do what I requested.

The best of the best. Real professionals. I love black entertainment television, tyler perry is the goat.

A while back, I had BLT Landscapes clear off some terribly overgrown creeping fig ivy off the side of my house and trim the hedges in my front and side garden beds. The work was done for an amazing price and thoroughly ALL of the ivy was GONE, including what was embedded into the brick and all of roots -- no small feat. I was relieved to see the brick of my house again! They were quick to respond/great communication and showed up as scheduled. I heartily recommend BLT Landscapes. It's clear that they love what they do. If you need to clean up your flower beds or overgrown areas, they're the ones to call. All other places' estimates were much, much higher. I know they plant and design as well, and I plan to use them again in the near future for sodding and all my landscaping. I'm a yet another very satisfied customer.

BLT Landscapes, Harrison and his crew did a great job on our backyard landscaping! Even when several plants didn’t look heathy after only a week, the didn’t hesitate to replace!

I've worked with Harrison and Aaron on several projects. Good group of guys, the projects always run smooth and the final outcome is always better than expected. Give them the opportunity to transform your landscape, you won't regret it.

The BLT team has been so helpful. I have very high standards for folks who help with my household projects and their crew has been exceeding my expectations with their attention to detail and knowledge. They genuinely enjoy helping me make my yard a more beautiful space. I also appreciate their more holistic approach to weed management (vs going straight to recommending heavy duty chemicals)

My weeding and maintenance had gotten out of hand. I felt so guilty not being able to keep up with it, but can't justify spending $ on a complete overhaul. They've been graciously working with me each month to get it tackled it manageable sections. I look forward to all our future projects.

BLT Landscaping did a great job grading my yard and removing/installing plants. Everything looks wonderful and I am very happy with the work! They were on time, professional, and very fair with pricing.

Harrison and team is highly recommended ! They are keenly attentive to your needs and make sure the job is top notch and meticulous. I am really satisfied with their work and will be using their services in future. Their sub Robert does great job with irrigation and very knowledgeable. Aaron is valuable member of their team and cannot praise him enough in regards to his hard work and communication. Overall, great job guys ! Five stars !!

The team at BLT were such a breath of fresh air compared to most folks. Very responsive and energetic to do the job well. Small business is where you find this and these guys are top notch. Will definitely use them again for the next project. Thanks!

Harrison was extremely great at communicating with me for the installation of my palm trees. The crew was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with BLT and the great service they provided. Thanks guys! Great job!

Harrison was a dream to work with. We just built a home in league city and it is hard to find good contractors that do a thorough job.
Harrison knocked our landscaping out of the park and met ever expectation we had. Amazing company.

We hired this company to overhaul our front garden. Harrison was very professional and helpful. He helped us decide which flowers and trees to plant as well as the best color theme. The crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. Aaron was the expert gardner on scene and his knowledge of gardening was very impressive. The finished product is beautiful. We are extremely happy with the final product and would definately recommend them.

BLT Landscapes was the first hire for us as new homeowners. Harrison and the team were very professional. They leveled the yard up against our house where it had eroded and installed new sod. They also cut some watering channels toward our drains and away from the house. Harrison left me a with a watering schedule and the grass is growing great. I would hire these guys in no time.

The BLT team delivered on time (working through several days of torrential rain) to complete the project before an important event at our home. They we’re flexible, adding a few items to the initial quote and still finishing the job as planned. Appreciate the hard work by crew and would recommend them.

BLT Landscaping converted me from a sand backyard with erosion issues to a green grass and raised garden in THREE days!!! The staff (Harrison) came initially to do a bid and design. Once 50% was deposited we scheduled the date. About two weeks later Aaron, Harrison and another employee (sorry I can't remember his name now) arrived on site and ready to work. All staff was VERY informative, transparent on their intentions and how to care for the plants. I had lemon trees in pots I was also able to get information on which was very helpful. They installed sod on my entire backyard and 8 raised 4x4 foot cinder block raised gardens. Althogh this sounds cheap it really works well. 3 blocks high is high enough I don't have to bend over and low enough that when the plants go the fruits and veggies I don't have to bend over to harvest. With nerve injuries in my back this accommodation was and awesome thought from Harrison.

Planning, design, communication and work ethic is above par. I chose this business because it was a local small business and wanted to support the local community. At the end of it all, I'm very happy with the work performed, how quick, attention to detail, informative and transparent and frequently updated on the status. Harrison was the single point of communication made things simple for me.

Harrison and his crew arrived daily and worked consistently. They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and shared their ideas and suggestions about plant placement. They created beautiful beds, trimmed trees, replanted plants and trees, cleared away old plants, and created a beautiful landscape. They cleaned up everything upon completion. I will definitely use BLT Landscapes again.

I highly recommend BLT Landscapes. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. We recently completed a pool they made quick work of repairing the yard and adding some landscape design features. They were great to work with and are very customer orientated. My only regret is not using them on previous projects!
