I have been using Border Air for years and bought my central air unit from them 2 yrs ago. I scheduled a maintenance cleaning. Eduardo came out and checked my unit didn't need to clean unit inside he said it was very clean (the coils) only had to clean the outside. He also gave me a couple of tips. I want to thank you Border Air & Eduardo it's hard to find honest people and people that care to help and take the time with the customer to explain want needs to be done. I have always had a good experience with Border Air and very reasonable prices. God bless you Eddie and May God continue to richly bless you Eddie, your business, and staff.

This review is really about the customer service from one of the managers. An employee of theirs did work at my house on July 12. I was under the impression this side work is approved by the company but it turns out it isn’t. The manger was friendly when he explained this to me and let me know that they know it’s being done, but apparently it isn’t approved. Which okay fine I understand, lesson learned. He asked what was left pending & I explained it to him. Once I was done explaining, I feel his tone of voice changed and he said: well good luck getting him to reply because he hasn’t come in for a week. Just keep calling him and good luck because he hasn’t shown up and he’s fired. The way he said it threw me off because before that he seemed friendly & I in no way was blaming them for anything. I just wanted to see what my options were. I was even hoping to get someone from their company to come out and do what was needed and obviously do it the right way but after that I was like nope. Not gonna work with someone who speaks to
me that way.

Eddie Showed up at my place to see what size air conditioning unit I needed and told me he could have it installed the next day and gave me a fair price and they installed it the next day and everything works fine would highly recommend them. They also spotted something else wrong with my electrical panel and said it needed to be replaced and gave me a name of the guy who also done an excellent job.

My AC broke on Sunday and they were here within 30 minutes when they called for there service I got my air condition fixed Monday needed a new compressor and it was done they are very professional and quick about fixing your AC.

Border Air had been my A/C go to for about 20+ years. Know Eddie and he always provided excellent and honest service. I trust his opinion on my a/c and have purchased complete Units when it was time to replace. His A/C crew are always considerate, polite and follow thru with their work. I recommend Border Air everytime and if ever you want an honest evaluation on your cooling and heating needs, give them a call. You'll be glad you did call them

As a business owner, keeping the workplace cool and convenient is very important and when our office AC went out, it was hard to find somebody to get it fixed on the spot border air was able to get a technician out in minutes and fix the issue. They are very great and a reliable service. I highly recommend.

Eddie was great and sent a technician out right away when we called, and the technician, Miguel, was right on time for the appointment. Miguel was incredibly knowledgeable and did a thorough job, taking the time to explain exactly what needed to be done in a clear way. On top of the great service, the pricing was very reasonable.
