They did a great job. The stain I have was from the bottom of a bookcase and taking it out credibly difficult but it’s really diminished and I’m happy. The rest of the cleaning, of course was great because no stain to worry about.

We had some animal accidents in our MBR and wine room from a sick animal. We also have an expensive Persian 8x12 rug in the living room. I spoke with 5 different companies (all Yelp recommendations). Green Steam was the most expensive by $100. Given the conversation I had with Randy (the owner) regarding equipment and chemicals used Green Steam was clearly the choice. We have 2 long haired dogs and one long haired cat. After we chose Green Steam the tech (John) arrived within an hour. He was very attentive—placed pieces around each corner so the hoses did not abraise the walls. Moved two heavy pieces in wine room so it could all be cleaned. He was a pleasure to have in our home. The Persian rug was given a 4 step process to clean and protect. This is the only company we will use going forward.

We set up the quote and service online. They arrived on time (early even!) and did a fantastic job. Met every expectation and I will look forward to using them again.

Beware of this company! I went by the 5 star reviews and was left with an incomplete job and ruined floors. They used steam on the luxury vinyl and lifted the coating. The owner said he had a lot of experience but then sends inexperienced techs to do the work - he offered to go back and make it right for me but he has been screening my phone calls and e-mails and has been ignoring me since they cannot or don’t want to fix this. I even heard Randy, the owner talking to the tech when he did not know he was on speaker and told him he shouldn’t have used steam on those floors. It’s been a horrible experience with this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst part is he just decided to ignore me rather than be responsible and fix what they caused :(((((

We called to have an arm chaise cleaned after a pet accident happened on it. They booked us for an hour and ended up knocking out some of the pet/kid stains on the carpet as well! The whole house smells, feels and looks cleaner! The guys were very professional and our pets loved them! Highly recommend them and will be return customers!

I highly recommend Green Steam Carpet Cleaning! I have used them for years to deep clean my gym in Wimberley. I recently used them for my home. I had 2 couches, rugs, and a couple chairs. They did an excellent job and were very thorough on everything. They answered the phone the first time I called and promptly scheduled me to get the work done. Compared to several other companies, their prices were very reasonable. They have always been a company that I know I can depend on. I also love that it’s a family run business. For me, supporting local businesses is always a plus!
