I wish I could give this company a perfect 10! We went through a nightmare with other companies, struggling for two weeks to get our Mini Splits working. Thankfully, we were referred to this fantastic company, and Carlos in particular. From the first call, he was incredibly friendly and understanding, setting up an appointment right away.

Given our past experiences, we were worried about a no-show, but to our relief, Carlos not only showed up, but he fixed our units in less than an hour. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he was more than willing to help us. What made it even better was the price – he didn't charge extra because of our location, even though we're out in Macgregor and Live Oak, a bit of a drive.

If you're in need of someone to handle your HVAC needs, I highly recommend this guy – please give him all the business you can, he truly deserves it. Thank you, Carlos, and a big shout-out to Comfort Air. You've been a lifesaver!

Needed service for my AC in the hot Texas summer. Carlos and team were super amazing with scheduling and getting us COOL again.

I have been using Air Comfort Systems since 2017. I originally called for AC repair in the middle of August and was so impressed I signed up for the maintenance program. When it came time to replace our AC in late 2020 Carlos provided options and told us about applicable rebates. The unit we choose has been great, we don't even think about it because the home is always comfortable now. Carlos is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, he takes pride in his work and always leaves a clean workspace.

Carlos was a great guy, he knew what he was doing, found and fixed the problems, took a reasonable amount of time. 10/10

Carlos and his crew are what everyone wishes they could find when their AC is down. Very knowledgeable and happy to share with you what’s going on and what the can do to help. All the options. Very fair priced for their work and they will come as fast as they can to help you. We’ve used them twice now. Once to fix others work and once to install a new unit. Both times first class service!

Air Comfort saved me when my system failed, Julian able to come out the next day and replaced the capacitor at a VERY reasonable price plus he was a super nice guy.

The compressor on our AC unit quit running on one of the hottest (105) days of the year. Contacted Air Comfort Systems via text with a description of problem as prescribed to obtain their after hours or emergency service. Carlos, the owner, called me within 15 minutes after I sent the text. After I described the problem Carlos had a pretty good idea what the issue was. Carlos laid out their fees for after hours or emergency calls to which I thought were reasonable. He had a young man named Oscar come out within the hour to address our problem. Oscar had the unit up and running in no time at all. He was a very polite young man and very knowledgeable in his craft. These guys saved my wife and I from having a very miserable evening or next day. Do not hesitate in using Air Comfort Systems for your HVAC needs. Great communication and customer service.

Air Comfort Systems has been our service provider for years. They are always very fast to reply to service requests and have been able to be at our house same day or next day every time. This is fantastic considering Texas summer heat. Carlos installed our system and has maintained it over the years. This week he fixed a manufacturing defect that led to a coolant line puncture. He repaired this and tested the integrity of the system to verify the repair and that there were no other leaks.
I have 50 years experience in various trades and professions and Carlos always impresses me with his expertise and professionalism. He owns his work and goes beyond expectations to make sure everything possible is done to leave you with a system that works at peak performance. Many of the tasks he performed would absolutely be skipped by most technicians to save time and effort. But it is nothing but the best for Carlos.
I whole heartedly recommend Air Comfort Systems. They are a company you can trust to do an honest job.

Carlos & team were great to work with! Reliable, good communication, & got the install done well.

They were fast and extremely efficient. My furnace and hvac system wasn’t distributing air properly. I had seen a recommendation for them on Next Door and decided to reach out. Carlos was extremely pleasant to deal with. He talked everything through with me on the phone and was out diagnosing the problem within 2.5 hours. He then had a team out a couple of hours after to fix the issues and my system works perfect now. They were reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.
