Josh was great took time to explain everything thing to me...they made arrangements to get my new unit in on a Saturday because it was so hot! Josh & Irving were great in and out really fast!! Left my house clean and cool!! Thank you Guys!!

I was very impressed with both their professionalism and their work . Josh came out gave me an upfront, honest quote. We received many bids for our home from many companies. Not only did Winklemans beat the competitors price, they did not try to sell me a system that I did not need. They showed up right when they were supposed to and they got the job done quickly. I was very impressed with their ability to work hard to get the job done. They did not waste anytime. I recommend Winklemans heating and air to everyone.

Our technician Josh Collins was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very good at explaining the different units to me and what it would take to get us up and cooled again. These guys are amazing. They put 2 - 5 ton ac/heater units in my 60ft x 100ft barn and I love it. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable or the equipment they were installing. Josh was very thorough about making sure we understood all aspects of the equipment and how to use it. I will use them again if and when I need AC/Heating

Big shout out to Brian and josh! I know they were super busy recently but they still made time to come fix my ac pump. I really appreciate them! They worked hard in the heat, but still got the job done fast!

We received quotes from 3 different companies. Winkelman was not the low bid; however, we decided to go with them for a full system replacement because of their fast, friendly service. They got back to us immediately when we called to ask for a bid. They were always on time for our appointments. They gave honest, straight forward answers to all of our questions. We will be doing business with them again.

We had several (like 5-6) companies come and look at our office to give us a bid and no one ever got back with us. Just happened to see Winkelman's truck at the courthouse and gave them a call. Not only did they look at it but gave us an estimate that day! Josh and his guys were very professional. Came Monday morning and started right away! Would highly recommend them!

I want to say, Winklemen H & A has been such a blessing for my household and family over the past several years. This year in particular, I signed up for their special package membership club, which includes two service days, one summer and one winter for maintence and check up for my system, plus a cost savings if any replacements are needed. Josh, David, and Isaiah are very good at what they do. In the summer, Josh showed up. He was personalble, professional, and knowledgabe. He tuned up my system, cleaned it all out and got me ready for the summer. Checked all the settings and levels. Saved me from my air conditing unit going out in the heat of the summer. Then, I had an additional visit from David, at a later time. I thought I needed a repair/replacement. David evaluated my system and found that I did not. It was ethical and honest that he told me it was not absolutely necessary at this time. I was so appreciative because it saved me money! Then, I got my winter service maintence visit. Josh and his brother Isaiah both showed up. They were so kind and professional. David also came to assist. They got to work and found that my gas heating unit wasn't functioning at its highest level. Come to find out it was a problem with the gas meter in the alley. They were able to contact the City gas department, which came out promptely and replaced the regulator on the gas meter, which corrected the issue in my gas heating unit. If they were out for money, they could have easily not gone that extra step and just replaced a part, costing me additional money. Come to find out, it was no extra charge for me, and all this was already paid for with my purchase of the yearly maintence plan, which is definitely worth the money and investment. They checked all levels in all my units, cleaned out all the units, and now I am toasty and warm in my home this winter with confidence that my HVAC will continue to work without interruption. And, if it doesn't, I know they are a phone call away. Thank you Winkleman, for employing excellent repairmen who I appreciate. You have my business.

Huge thank you to the guys at Winkleman's. We got our air ducts cleaned at our home and Josh, Isaiah, and Irving were amazing they were very thorough, caring, professional, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, while also having a few laughs along the way.

Honestly had a great experience. We have a pretty old system and the technician Brian Winkelman was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong even without wiring diagrams. Price was well worth the professionalism.
