Called EB Air on a Saturday, left a message, and received a return call from Justin almost immediately. Justin arrived promptly and AC unit was repaired quickly. I’ve used EB Air before and am always pleased with their service.

E.B. Air is the best company. This weekend, the control board on the compressor topped talking to the manufacturers thermostat. Instead of selling me a new board, Justin changed the settings so it could communicate with a basic thermostat. He looked out for me and saved me over $1k on parts alone. That's more than customer service; that's customer care.

My family and I left for vacation this morning and realized our AC wasn't cooling. Cullen with EB Air showed up within 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue, changed my capacitor, cleaned coils, cleared condensation line, and immediately provided an invoice that matched my initial estimate. He was done in less than an hour and completed everything without us even having to be there. We get to walk into a cool home when we return all thanks to Cullen, Andrew, Anna, and Kellyn at EB Air for being an exemplary service company.
