Our A/C stopped cooling on a Friday evening and we had them out on Saturday morning. First, they were very professional. Second, no additional charge for weekend. The repair was done promptly and CORRECTLY. They could have very easily upsold us on a complete outside unit, but they were able to repair it for roughly 1/3 the price. That’s a big deal to my and I. We’ll continue to work with this fantastic local company from now on. You’ll have zero regrets using them for any of your HVAC needs.

It started with Matthew the owner calling back in a timely fashion and being very honest with me. Also I respect the owner for sending a technician in a timely manner. Deven was very nice respectful and honest. I believe he is a great technician and he learned from the best which is the owner Matthew! What FIRST impressed me about Matthew’s HVAC is My mom’s AC went out during a hot Texas summer, in fact on a holiday weekend. Matthew not only came to her aid and fixed the issue when she called, he also could’ve changed her off hour/holiday fee, but didn’t! She has used ~7-8 years. Matthew has also repaired, then replaced my dad’s HVAC, and didn’t charge an arm and leg! My dad’s used him many years as well! This was my first experience with Matthew. He’s down-to-earth, friendly, professional and VERY reasonably priced. He’s a straight-shooter and in my opinion has the INABILITY to rob customers blind!! I will recommend him to everyone I know, and will continue using him!!

Fast service. I called and Matthew showed up in a couple of hours to look at my system and assess why it was freezing up. After determining the cause he rearranged a few things to be able to get to our system the next day so we would not be without air conditioning for long. Extremely courteous and talked me through what he was doing and what needed to be done!
