Austin came in and left the cooler good as new. We told him we can’t move the cooler out of the bar but he said “no problem” and got to work despite having minimal space to work with. He found the issue with our Hoshizaki cooler and made sure to tell us about it. You can tell he’s detailed oriented and has a very professional personality.

Austin is amazing! For context, I own Green Earth Juicery in the Heights. One of our True prep table refrigerators was freezing over and throwing bad temp. I replaced the thermostat but that didn’t fix the issue. That’s where Austin came in and quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it same day. Man it would have sucked to do lunch rush with just one functional fridge. My lines were clogged up (not due to us not cleaning it because we do that on a normal basis). The fridge is from the late 90s and it’s been running strong until this moment.

Update 6 months later:

Fridge still running strong, no issues, no weird noises. I swear it’s like brand new again.

So if you want quality work, go with Austin. He’ll get you right. There’s so many horror stories out there with terrible hvac and service. Skip all that nonsense and book him. Definitely sending him to all my bar friends.
