I had a maintenance visit from El Paso Heating and Air Conditioning to check my ductless AC before the summer starts. The tech arrived right on time and was very thorough with the cleaning and the electrical checks. He found a small issue with the filters that I hadn't noticed during my own check. They are very professional and the customer service on the phone was helpful too. It is good to know the system is ready for the El Paso, TX heat. I am very satisfied with the quality of the inspection they provided today.

This nice grandfather-grandson team responded to my voicemail quickly and were awesome. Had my a/c fixed within 45 minutes from the time I called them. Great ppl who were honest and didn't sell me equipment I didn't need. Snow's is now a contact on my phone!
