Beautiful products but not very good customer service. Had a hard time getting someone to help us. I have to say they where kinda busy but never did they even acknowledge us or say hello and or be right with you.

I went to Interceramic Tile to purchase floor tile for our primary shower floor. I paid close to $400.00 for 3 boxes of tile to cover an area of approximately 18 cubic feet.

I picked up my tile two weeks later, and the tile I picked up was an entirely different color from the floor sample. I selected a marble, white and grey (photo included) and ended up with beige colored tile.

Needless to say, I was not happy, and when I spoke with the manager, he said they absolutely have a NO RETURN, OR EXCHANGE policy.

I know that he realized that the misrepresentation of goods was on them, so the SOLUTION that he offered me was to purchase a replacement at no mark up.

This was clearly not a solution for me because I would be stuck with the tiles that I paid for, and still gave to drop a few hundred dollars to purchase new tile, with no guarantee that I would receive exactly what I would be paying for.

I was disappointed, but the silver lining is that our granite and bathtub do have veins of light gold, so fortuitously, we can use the tile after all.

I am grateful that we are coming close to finishing our house, and do not plan on purchasing more tile in the near future.

I do not recommend this establishment, and will not return.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Although they have a nice selection in the showroom, this place is an absolute disaster when picking up tile! Many people including me are waiting 2+ hours just to pick up our order which is wasting our time! Extremely disorganized! I will be taking my business elsewhere now.

The work environment is dangerous, the managment there has non-certified employees operating fork lift and demands a hurry up attitude which places customers employees and people in danger...

Worst customer service. I walked in and there were 4 employees sitting at the front desk and no one spoke upon my entrance or asked if I needed help, and I was the only customer there for about 10 minutes. Two other customers walked in behind me and were greeted and assisted. This place also has a very limited selection along with basic designs, not worth stopping as I inventoried the whole store by myself in 10 minutes.

Absolutely terrible customer service... they make you wait 2 hours to get your tile then when you call asking about your order they said "there looking for it" ...
Interceramic won't be getting any of my business anymore.
