Unreliable and doesn't follow through. He came out to inspect our roof and said he'd get back to me with a quote. Two weeks later I'm contacting him for an update, but he ignored my text. A few more days pass I contact him again and then he responds sorry he's been sick and that he'll give us an estimate in 2 days. Now it's been a full month and still haven't heard anything. Obviously they have so much business they don't need anymore.
