Called Jacob 8pm on Thursday night with an emergency he showed up Friday morning and took of it promptly and professionally. Very kind and courteous and did an excellent service on our pool. Give him a try you will not be disappointed. Thanks Jacob and Aquatech.

Aqua Tek made appointment to clean my pool on two separate occasions, but never showed or called to cancel. Not very professional to string customers along.

The first time Jacob came over, he was great. I had another appointment scheduled several weeks later and he never showed. He never called, never responded to my text, and never answered my calls. This went on for several days. I don't have time to deal with unprofessional service. It seemed so promising. I understand you get busy, but please learn to be professional about it.
