Southwest mechanical came to my home and installed a new air conditioner.. The work was well done, all the ducts and vents were checked. The air conditioner was properly seated on the roof. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service. They show up on time and give you the best service. They are experts on old and new systems. My businesses is 74 years old and We have both, they know everything about our units. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with their technician Adrian. He was on time, very polite and got our AC back and running within a few minutes. Overall a great experience.

Southwest Mechanical Heating cooling was recommended to me and I was extremely satisfied with their service. Peniel (Peña)was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I totally recommend Peniel and Southwest Mechanical.

Called in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. They put me in touch with one of their techs. He texted me when he could make to my house, got here at that time. He promptly checked out our entire systemHe was honest and professional. I will only work with them going forward.

Had a leak issue with a new system in a new house installed by another company. After a couple of visits they insisted everything was "fine". Decided to call Southwest off hours explained my problem to Adrian and he sent his tech guys the very next morning. They arrived even earlier than anticipated and were quick and knowledgeable. Turns out the main and secondary lines were switched and that is why I was seeing a lot of water outside the house. Tech guys fixed it really fast and haven't had any issues since then.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Southwest Mechanical. Chewy is awesome and and very knowledgeable at what he does. Adrian has good customer service and stays on top of any special orders and delays. Great company and would recommend for any HVAC needs.

I have been using Southwest Mechanical since 2021. In total, they have installed three 5-ton roof HVAC package units and two mini-split systems in both my home and a job site. Pricing is excellent (I get bids). Communication is exceptional as I always get a call or text to tell me when the tech is on the way. I had one issue with an hvac unit and they backed their warranty 100%. I also use them to do my annual maintenance.

I took 18 quotes for the work that I needed at my house, which was a vent installation, heating and cooling all brand new and installed. They were on time every day that they were going to be here. They were thorough. They were clean, very knowledgeable and priced perfectly for everything that needed to be done. Anybody who was short of this were cutting a corner somewhere, so be careful when you’re taking bids. They are highly recommended for all your needs for HVAC work. They are also the cheapest maintenance in town by a good margin.

We work with individuals with special needs and our air went out. They were very accomidating and efficient and came the next day to help us out. Thank you to Shane and his team. They came the next morning and fixed the mess the previous “repair men” made within the hour! Highly recommended.

Were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up after they finished and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Salesman( Mr Spilliaert ) came by to check and make sure everything was running ok. Adrian made sure scheduling, finance and all other details ran smoothly. Southwest Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a great company to deal with. Had problems with our unit, which wasn't installed by Southwest it was installed by Comfort Zone. I called Southwest spoke to Adrian, Manager, and he sent tech Oscar Leyva and he fixed the problem. Adrian and Shane were so patient and helpful. Adrian had to send techs out 3 times, we had problem after problem being different issues with unit. Poor guys had to return to work on a unit that they didn't install. They were troubleshooting and never gave up. Mr. Leyva finally got the job done figured out what the problem was. Thank you, thank you Southwest for your great customer service, diligence and techs for not giving up on us. I appreciate their integrity and honesty. They did not once, try to sell us a new unit instead of going through the trouble of fixing ours. I highly recommend Southwest Mechanics Heating and Cooling for maintenance and repairs to your unit. My AC stopped working during this extreme heat. I called Southwest Mechanical Cooling and Heating and I am so grateful to them for fixing my AC. I am grateful for Adrian Arreola for getting me on the schedule even though they had a full day. He even personally went to the warehouse to secure the part I needed. I am also grateful to Abraham Reyes, the technician who fixed my AC. He instilled in me trust and confidence and I knew he would help me. He genuinely cared.

This was my first time using Southwest Mechanical for HVAC maintenance today. Excellent communication by Shane in scheduling and letting me know when the tech was arriving. I'm very impressed by how thorough the tech (Peniel) was in cleaning and checking my system. He left everything clean and answered all questions. I will definitely be using their services again.

Wonderful service from the whole company. Abraham Reyes helped me today after my mini split locked up with the cold weather. I had concerns and called this morning and he was able to come out and fix the issue before the end of the work day on the same day I called. He walked me through the process and what to look out for in the future if I have similar issues. He helped to relieve some of the stress that I was dealing with and now my dogs and I will be warm during the cold weather this week. Very efficient, professional, and friendly service and I would recommend contacting Abraham with Southwest Mechanical to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling services.
