They are very responsive and have good communication on an emergency situation I had. I ended up not needing them to come out, but they assisted over the phone anyway.

This is a great company they have fast response and are worth the money everyone that has had issues with them were either rude or undisciplined. They are fast works and if you have a issue they will come fix for free unless it wasn’t their causing. The own will come out to most jobs he is called for and will y’all to you personally.

Thanks again guys at A&P plumbing for coming to my house in the middle of the night. I had a leak in my front yard. I wasn't home my wife was the only one their and it was leaking out of front lawn just a bad scenario. But got ahold of the owner of the company IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and sent his crew and dug a 5x5 hole in the middle of my yard and got the work don't one thanks A&P again for everything. And for the price that he changed me was well it was not even expensive. Thanks a&p

We just purchased our home and had an issue with the water heater. I called Roto Ruter, and the tech didn't do anything but tell us we needed a new water heater, wanting to charge $2400. I called A and P for a 2nd opinion. It turned out that pilot light was out. Art was very professional and didn't try to up sell us on anything. I had him come back the next day to install a new faucet in the kitchen. I will continue to do business with him and recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thank you Art.

We called A & P Plumbing's Office and spoke to Lucy. She was very courteous and understood our sense of emergency and got us scheduled in a timely manner. We had a leak in our front yard from the water main. Art and Anthony took care of the issue very expediately and the cost was very reasonable. Had a plumbing emergency on a playoff football Sunday that couldn't wait until Monday. A & P showed up within one hour, fixed the problem @ the main line and the cost was very reasonable. I'm a satisfied customer.

Had a problem late at night and Gabriel showed up to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing and what and where the problem was at. He showed up before the time he told us which was nice. Gabriel did an amazing job and fixed our problem, I would definitely recommend him.

I called Roto Rooter and these guys . Roto Rooter didn’t have the parts . Had to order and the estimated price they gave me was 689 dollars 👎🏼 Told them never mind ! A&P did the job for $229 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Professional service just took a little while to make it out . But they got it done ✅ Will call them again if I need anything .

I called him for am estimate and was extremely rude. He cussed like a sailor and basically said, just because he is going to come out here and do a free estimate, that I'm at the back of the line for him. He doesn't understand that people have to be comfortable with the person they hire, he expected me to hire him over the phone. Totally unprofessional, and rude. Never hire a person that doesn't know how a business works

Our disposal was not working properly, so I called our home warranty. This was the provider that they dispatched, so we had no other options. The warranty company stated to wait 48 hours to hear back, and call then. After 48 hours of not hearing from A and P, I called them. The person that I spoke to said that they were already on the way, without ever having told us! We were not at home, and had to leave where we were to make it in time. The fix seemed relatively simple, so we asked multiple times what was wrong with the disposal. He refused to tell us and would only say “$75 worth,” as our portion from the home warranty is $75. I gave two stars because the disposal does work now, but I would not recommend due to the lack of professionalism.

Horrible service.
Initially very friendly and helpful. Showed up quick. But when questioned on what was wrong, he refused to give a straight answer. When I insisted on clarification, he got mad, cursed at me and left.
Decidedly unprofessional.

The men that run this company are not trustworthy nor are they professional. They are scam artists and have no qualms about trying to rip you off. Stay away do not call even in an emergency.

The owner of this company is very unprofessional. Not only did he not know what he was talking about, but he wasted my time. I have no plumber experience, but once he left I was able to temporarily fix my water heater. Stay away from this company unless you want to be cussed out the way I was.

They might do a pretty good job but customer service is terrible. They have no respect towards you. I filed a complaint because they owe me money that I was charged by mistake and they still haven't respond to the complaint and it's been a little over a year.
