Called one day and someone came in 10 minutes to check out my plumbing issues. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next day and do all the work. It got done quick, Ivan was super helpful, did the job quickly and explained everything super well.

I had an underground leak, and needed to find a leak detector ASAP. I decided to try Liberty Plumbing, and I’m so glad I did! They run a very professional and timely business. I got to meet Albert, the owner, Phil, the leak detector, and Ivan and Abraham, the plumbers. Honestly, they are all wonderful people! They detected the leak, and fixed it in a day! I am very pleased with their work, and will use them again. The leak was under the vanity in the bathroom. They had to work hard to get to it, but they did! Here is a pic of the fixed pipe while work was still in progress.

Dean and Ivan were very personable, professional, and explained everything they were going to do, to do the job right in replacing the pressure reducer valve and the secondary water shut off valve. They also pointed out issues/concerns with the water heater that would need attention in the near future and quoted me a price for next time.

Ivan descaled my water heater and provided fre e estimate for other future repairs. Great job and knowledgeable about his work. Will definitely use them next time.

We had a hot water slab leak, these amazing professionals got me taken care of in a two days. They came located the manifold, made the necessary cuts in the walls closed off the main, and routed new piping. I’ve been burned several times by companies and contractors, this is one of the few real companies. They will take care of you like family. Call them, you’ll be happy you did.

We needed the toilet replaced in my aunt's bathroom. Abraham came out for the free estimate, explained what needed to be done, and the cost for everything. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Ivan was the gentleman who came out to do the replacement, and was also very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and did a relatively quick and phenomenonal job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience (well, as wonderful as a toilet replacement can be). The price was reasonable, there were no extra or surprise fees, and the work was excellent. Not only will we use them again, but I will gladly recommend them to any family or friends that are looking for plumbing services.

UPDATE - Our water heater recently went kaput. Ivan came by to give us an estimate. Unsurprisingly, it was totally dunzo and we needed a new one. However, our house is old and thus, has old components, which made it a tricky situation. The older unit and all the piping and lines were not up to code, so it was going to be a lot of work. Albert and Ivan did an amazing job!!! And yes, it was a big job, but we definitely feel safer knowing our water heater won't explode or poison us with carbon monoxide whilst we sleep. Anyway, they're awesome.

The team installed 5 faucets in out house and a whole whole water filtration/softener system from Aquasure. They allowed me to buy the products myself and have them install the approved products.

Install day was great, multiple guys working with the master plumber. House and garage were kept clean. Final install was very clean. The guys have even come out to check on the water filter/softener after the install.

Will continue working with them in El Paso!

Ivan came over and installed a new single bowl sink, faucet and soap dispenser at our home in North East El Paso. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He was able to reroute the pipes to keep our current garage disposal too. It was also a great price and they had next day availability. Highly recommend. We are thrilled with our new kitchen sink setup and recommend Liberty Plumbing 100%!

Albert came in and gave me a brand new water heater install same day. He gave me the military discount. I’m really grateful that he came in so fast to help me out especially being a new home owner. I for sure will be calling Liberty for all my plumbing needs.

We had a random leak late in the evening (after business hours) and of course I was in a frantic state while searching for a plumber. I called Liberty Plumbing and Albert answered and provided immediate assistance. He scheduled for them to come to my home first thing the next morning, and they completed amazing work within two days the job was completed. I am extremely grateful for their fast responses, top notch customer service from all levels, and restoring our home to a leak free environment.

Albert and his team were fantastic. This is the second time they have done work for us and both times were great. The first time, they worked on our water heater. They explained everything very clearly and were able to install a new water heater quickly and with no problems. This most recent time, they repaired a slab leak in our bathroom. It sounded worrisome considering the leak was under our tub. They located the leak and quickly repaired it. After the repair, they cleaned up the area.

They are a very professional team. They are punctual, thorough, and kind. We will definitely be returning customers!

We had the unfortunate experience of having a slab leak and the first plumbing company we called wanted us to replace the tankless water heater. We are thankful we found Liberty plumbing who took care of the entire process from start to finish including finding the leak. They were in and out in one day and were very nice and professional to top it off. Glad they made the smallest hole possible in our slab. Would definitely use them again!

I called them on Wednesday, and they came that same day and inspected my water heater and diagnosed the problem. The following day, Thursday, they provided me with their services and got me set with hot water again. Fast service, good customer service , good prices. Highly recommend this company. I called about my sink Ivan the plumber got sent out to my home fixed my problem. I got a discount wasn’t too expensive he was very nice and understanding and he didn’t have a problem letting me watch over his shoulder he even explained to me what the problem was and how I could fix it. He even got on the phone with my husband to explain everything to him.

New customer here. Contacted Liberty Abraham was nice over the phone to make an appointment with. The tech that came out Ivan was Awesome!!!! And very knowledgeable and finished the gas dryer install quickly with no issues whatsoever. Service was not overpriced at all...definitely gained a return customer.
