Richy did a great job fixing our shower! My husband initially started replacing our shower head and knob to turn on and off the water but of course like with all plumbing issues it’s never that simple something always breaks or is needed! It was a job my husband couldn’t do so we started calling around richy was the best price and he did the job in a timely manner all in all I strongly recommend his services when your looking for a good plumber!

I had a plumbing issue early in the morning, I reached out to a few plumbers that I had googled, Richy replied to me and was able to make it to my house within an hour and a half. He came well equipped and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond, not only fixing the problem but trying to figure out why I was having the problem. He also offered to come back in a week just to follow up free of charge. And he did, he followed through with what he said he was going to do. He’s very professional and very reliable. We needed a cleanout snaked very badly. I called a different plumber, who said he would have someone out within two hours. I took the day off work and waited and he never showed up, and the plumber I called originally never returned my calls until after 5pm.

I called Richy the next day, and even though he was busy that day, he made sure to take time to get to me. He fixed the issue in no time and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still Ok. He is a standup guy and deserves all 5 stars.

If you need a plumber, this is the company for you. They’re quick to respond and extremely helpful with the repairs I needed. They even helped me with the process for warranty issues on my equipment. This team is professional and courteous. When they say they’ll be there at a certain time they’re on time or early. The work is excellent. I’m glad I found this company!

Fantastic service, very fast, came out right away for pressure regulator and fixed right away. I've had other plumbers that unfortunately have had me wait weeks. Also super clean. I'll definitely be using again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Had a leak on my water heater and needed a new one. Richy was able to remove and install in less then 2 hours. Just in time for me to leave and pick up my little one from daycare. Clean work.

Our boiler broke, and I was worried about how long it would take to fix it since this is the first time this has happened. Thankfully, my uncle-in-law gave me his information, and within a week, our boiler was fixed. He did an amazing job, and it was affordable. If we need plumbing services again, we now know who to call. We recommend him 100%.

We had continuously leaking outdoor wall mounted faucets to be repaired. Also, a wornout bathtub nozzle needed to be replaced. Ricky was complete with all three projects in record time. He also found that someone had in the past in correctly installed the tub spout. He corrected the issue and the spout works great. My wife and I appreciate his workmanship and his promptness.

Fast and reliable service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to not only fix my plumbing issue but also identified a leak in our water line and took videos for us to show it was on the city side in case the city tried to pull one over on us. Consider me a customer for life!

Ricardo installed a new water heater at my house. He explained the job in advance, gave an accurate estimate, worked fast and left the place clean. Very professional A+++ service and costed less than the big stores quoted me.

I had some issues with connecting faucets to my shower, and Richy Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue with a fair price for the services. Richy -himself- also made some suggestions for my older home and gave me a great price for the replacement of some old, "leaky" pipes. In addition, although he came for the shower faucets, I hit him up with another issue I was having with a leaking toilet, and not only did he look at it, he also had the parts in his work truck needed.
